Hello,
Hello,
It's Linda here from Neutralising with Love.
How are you today?
We're going to go for a mind walk together.
A mind walk to help you clear up your brain files and check out some of that baggage,
The storage that you've got hiding somewhere.
We're going to declutter and the purpose is to create more clarity which will lead to greater awareness,
Greater understanding and a much more clear intuition.
So if this is what you want,
Let's move ahead because it's the clutter that holds us in our current mode with our current mindset and this process is a very gentle way to step into the next you.
It's a way to have clearer communication with your inner being and a way to just more easily see the light that shines on your path.
The best place and time to do this process is when you can be gentle in your own space.
Maybe if you're busy this time is just before you go to sleep and that's perfectly fine.
Once you see this process you'll find that you can check into it again and again without needing to be still for a really long time.
One of the first things to do is make sure you've drunk some water and maybe have a glass or a bottle of water handy because what we do can make you thirsty.
Have a drink and sit somewhere comfortably and just be you in that lovely space.
Just feel your body relax.
Hear your heart beating.
Breathe slowly in and out.
It's a great way to breathe that helps with relaxing.
If you're ever in a fear mode or a bit anxious it's really good too.
It goes like this.
Breathe in and feel the air filling up your tummy and expanding your ribs and then push the air out all the way out pushing from the bottom of your tummy.
Pull your ribs in and push it all out.
Just do it again and push it out.
You might yawn.
It's just the oxygen filling in your system.
Now you're going to breathe with me if you will.
Breathe in for the count of one,
Two,
Three,
Four and hold that breath for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One and slowly breathe out for six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Let's do it again.
In for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold your breath for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One and breathe out for six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
You're probably yawning by now and gently relaxed.
And you know you can't think of much else when you're doing that.
It's a really good sidetrack for your brain.
The brain counts as you breathe and forgets to feed you silly thoughts.
So whenever you're all settled,
I'll only give you a picture to work with.
I want you to have a look in your mind and see your storage area.
Now that we've been talking about it,
It should just pop up.
The place where your brain stores all of the files and memories.
This might be a room,
A cupboard.
Could be like your kitchen cupboards.
You may even see some stairs going up into the attic.
This is your picture,
Your storage area.
So take your time.
Look around,
Check out the storage place.
See what's there.
Don't open anything up.
Just peruse from a distance.
Do you recognize the stuff that's stored here?
Is it on boxes or on shelves?
On pallets on the floor?
We don't need to dive too deep into these things.
It's just to notice that they're there.
There'll be some stuff you remember from your childhood,
I think.
Maybe from before your childhood.
Some of it will be old and dusty.
And some will be in a big jumble somewhere.
While others,
Other stuffs are obviously like new and tidy and not dusty at all.
Some of it will look like it's meant to stay.
And other stuffs just ready to go.
You can just tell.
So while you're here,
We'll take that time to clear up,
Hey?
Can you see the magic broom over in the corner?
And there on the shelf is a bottle of magic cleaning spray.
Or some cloths.
They're there for when we need them.
And if you look outside the door,
There's a big magical rubbish skip for you to use.
It'll take anything you give it.
Why don't you take something to the skip and just put it in?
Take something right now.
Something ready to be thrown.
And throw it in the skip.
How does that feel?
Is there something else showing you that belongs in the skip?
Maybe a whole drawer full of stuff?
Or a heap of boxes that you can just aim into the skip?
Any of the stuff that looks ready to go can just be sent out into the skip.
You don't have to carry it.
It's not stuff that you need.
It's been sitting here for so long that you've even forgotten what it is.
That's why you don't look.
You don't open anything before decluttering.
Just send it away.
Find the next thing that needs to go into the skip.
The driver will come once you've finished and take it all away.
You can move anything into the skip.
There's no weight limit and no extra fees for toxic stuff.
Just dip whatever you like straight out into the tip out of your storage area.
Are there some paper files sitting over there in a filing cabinet that need to be dispatched?
You can take out the whole drawer you know and tip it into the skip.
Or just take the whole filing cabinet.
There'll be some stuff left once you've filled the skip you know.
Stuff that you need to store still.
Stuff that's yours still.
But it's time to use that magic broom now and clear away an area.
Move the stored items into this area.
Well you don't have to move them yourself.
You can imagineer them over there.
All neat and tidy.
How you want them.
Is that on a table?
In a corner?
On a pallet with a cover over them?
Whatever looks right for you.
Now we want to leave the area fresh and clean huh?
There's that bottle of magic cleaning spray over there.
You just spray the dust and it disappears.
So sweep down any of the cleared area and spray any surfaces.
You can come back here another day and see what else needs to be moved on if you wish.
You know sometimes on the second round boxes like to be opened.
So go with how you feel on that.
It's just the first time there's so much stuff that's not necessary that would bog you down.
You may come back and see a box that's very obviously wanting you to open it.
Hey now that you've got this lovely clear space.
Just have a seat and feel it.
Feel into the clarity you've created by clearing out all that clutter.
Enjoy the space and feel appreciation for all that's gone.
All that you've chosen to release.
Feels good doesn't it?
But now it's time to go.
Close up any cupboards.
Close the windows and as you go close the door.
You've done a great declutter job.
Take a big big big long breath in through your nose and let the air out of your mouth in a long clearing sigh.
Do this again a big slow breath in through your nose and then push the air out through your mouth.
You've done well and as we've said you can repeat this process any time.
But it's time to come back now to bring your relaxed self back to the here and now.
Have a big stretch and feel that clearing yawn happening.
Yes!
One declutter done.
Some work.
Take care beautiful being and I'll catch you again soon.
Lots of love.
Bye for now.
