How are you?
It's Linda here from Neutralizing with Love and today we're going to relax your brain with a brain massage.
As unusual as that sounds it's very successful,
Very successful.
It would be good if you had a drink of water before we did this.
So stop the recording and take care of that.
A hydrated body is just so much happier and so much aimed towards self-healing.
And what we're going to do today is I'm going to guide you and you're going to feel this brain massage.
It's very magical.
So I want you just to get comfortable.
If you like laying down,
Lay down.
If you prefer to sit,
Make sure your back's supported and that you're not trying to hold yourself up in any way.
So that you're able to be relaxed in your seating.
Just let your arms relax.
Lift your shoulders and let them fall.
Open your mouth wide and close it to relax your jaw.
Feel the weight of your torso just relaxing.
Feel gravity making it relax.
And your arms just being heavy and falling.
Falling naturally and comfortably.
Let your legs just fall open and relax wherever you are.
Let them not hold on to any tension either.
Now in this relaxed state let me lead you through a visual that you will actually feel on some level.
We're using magic hands today.
And the magic hands are sitting splayed out across your ribs on your back.
You can feel them supporting that area of your body.
And they slowly move up your back.
Walking the fingers up and doing a little finger massage as they move up your back.
Just climbing using their fingers as a massage.
These magic hands.
And they climb up to the top of your shoulders and play there for a little while to release the tension in that muscle.
And now they come together and climb up your neck a little bit.
Just doing little finger massages as they go.
Just releasing the tension in those neck muscles.
And moving up until they get to the place where your head joins your spine.
And then quite magically they duck under your skull and go in between your skull and your brain.
And you'll feel them splayed out at the base of your skull holding your brain safely.
And just allowing the brain to get used to them being there.
And now the fingers come together and walk themselves in a lovely finger walk massage over to the right hand side of your head.
And walk their fingers up and around your head till they get to the temple on the right hand side.
Once there they massage a little bit around that area.
It gets tense there so they have a little bit of work to do on the muscles there to relax them.
And from there they walk across the front of the brain.
Finger massage walking as they go across the frontal lobe.
Stopping a little bit in the middle and loosening that whole third eye area up.
And then they keep walking,
Walking,
Walking.
Finger massage walking as they go around to the left hand side and on the left temple.
They spend a bit of extra time there loosening up the muscles around the temple.
Now they turn to finger walk their way up to the top of your head.
They just walk together up and up and up doing little finger massages.
Very gentle massaging.
Up to the top of your head,
Onto the top of the brain.
And then they walk their way down to the right hand temple and just stay in place there again for a little while.
Then they turn and they head around the back of your brain.
Gentle finger massaging as they finger walk their way together across the back of your head,
Across the back of your brain.
Reaching the area where your neck reaches your head,
Where your spine starts.
And walking their way back around to the temple on the left hand side.
And now the fingers walk their way deep down where the join is of your skull.
They walk their way back around.
Gentle finger massaging back around to where the skull joins up with the neck,
To where your spine starts.
They splay out on either side holding the brain once more.
And then they magically come out onto your neck and release any tension in your neck on the way down.
The hands and the fingers massaging your collarbone.
Reaching down and massaging your shoulder muscles.
Down to where your angel wings sprout.
And then completing their journey where they started.
Palms on the base of your ribcage.
Fingers spread wide.
Holding you safe.
Holding your love safe.
Stay with this feeling for a while beautiful being.

Move your body a little bit.
Yawn to get all the oxygen flowing again.
Stretch your arms out.
And check in with your brain and see how comfortably relaxed it is.
