Sliding into sleep by clearing some of your Busy Brain clutter, the stresses that have built up over your day. We take time during this meditation to use my own Brain File Clearing - Vibrational Recalibration process while gently sliding you into a beautiful sleep zone.

Hello beautiful being.

Today we're going to slide into sleep and take you into a deeper space of sleeping and relaxing and allowing,

Allowing your whole body to just be,

To just be still and to let the stress of the day slide away.

Are you already lying in bed?

Are you in your relaxed position?

As you breathe your next breath in,

Not a big breath,

Just a gentle one.

On the out breath,

Allow your body to relax.

Just your next in breath,

Allow your body to relax.

And as you breathe in,

Intend that you're breathing the love that is floating free in the atmosphere and feel that just fall into your body on the out breath.

Filling your body with love,

Another breath pulling love in from the atmosphere and exhale that love into your body and hold the breath.

Breathing love in,

Landing that love in your body,

Allowing that love to go and land anywhere,

Anywhere where your muscles need a deeper relax,

Anywhere where your insides and your torso and all of your beautiful operating system just needs to lay that little bit further into relax.

Now I know that you've probably had a busy day and that your brain has a lot of relaxing to do before it's ready for sleep.

So we're going to use my magical brain file clearing process,

A vibrational recalibration while you relax.

Once we're done,

There'll be music at the end,

But no voice,

Just music until it's done.

While you're lying there in your most relaxed position,

Head into your dreamscape,

Your mindscape,

That beautiful land behind your eyes.

Just keep breathing naturally and inside this beautiful mindscape,

Look over to your left and know or see that your brain is there,

Wrapping up the day,

Figuring out which files you need for tomorrow.

And if you lift your eyes in this beautiful mindscape up and over to the right,

You'll travel over an arc and on the right is a big container of love.

And this is where we are going to relax all of the files that the brain is holding onto now.

Take your attention back to the left,

Ask the brain if it will give you the file on stresses from the day,

The file on everything that's been running through your mind that you haven't really got control of today.

And let's see that file lift up and over the arc,

Over to the right and land in the love pile for refreshing,

For neutralizing.

And now bring your attention back to your brain and ask it for the file on all of the things that relate to tomorrow,

All of the work things,

All of the family things,

All of the organizational things,

And to gather them.

And let's lift that pile of files up and over the arc and land it in the love pile to be refreshed and organized and neutralized.

And when you come back over to your left,

To your brain,

To your left,

To your brain,

Ask your brain to find the files on relax,

Relax.

And let's lift that file up and over the arc and land that file over on the right in the love pile.

Let's get it updated,

Refreshed into the new.

And one last file will go back to the brain and ask it for the file on refresh,

Refreshed from sleep,

Refreshed from stopping thinking,

Refreshed.

Let's lift those files up and over the arc and land them over in that beautiful love container.

And one last file,

The brain.

Let the brain know that you're thankful for it working with you.

And now that you'd like the file on sleep,

Sleep,

The brain gives you that set of files.

Let's see them land up and over the arc to land over in the love pile to be refreshed.

Files will be uplifted,

Refreshed,

And reorganized before your brain when it wakes up tomorrow.

I'll leave you with the music now,

Sending you big love bubbles over the airwaves to carry you through your sleep time.

Goodnight beautiful being.

Linda’s voice is so soft and soothing and her choices for things to clear from your mind are perfect. The music choice for the background and fall asleep portion was well picked. I found that this works as a pause at the end of a long challenging day too.
