Oh here we are today and hello beautiful being.
It's Linda here.
I was thinking today about my compunction I suppose,
To do,
The act of to do.
And we hear about it loads and loads you know like you're supposed to be and not do.
But it's so deeply ingrained,
Maybe not in all of us but I know for sure in me.
And since I'm not unique in every aspect I thought it was time to share what I do when I see that I am doing more than I am being.
So settle in while I chat and we're going to do some brain file clearing work on the doing aspect of ourselves.
Have you done brain file clearing with me before?
Relax.
It's a very gentle awesome process that just seems to work.
Wherever you are when you meditate take a deep breath in,
Big deep breath in and let it just fall out and sink into whatever surface you're sitting or lying on now.
If you're moving around just carry on and intend that your cells relax,
Your atoms relax,
That your skin relaxes.
Take another deep breath in.
Again let it leak out slowly.
Feel your body shift a few degrees and to relax just a bit more.
And now in this moment feel or see yourself up in that beautiful area behind your eyes,
Your mind escape,
The one I call Imagineer land.
It's your space and if you can't see what I describe just know,
Know that it's there in the form for you and you can just intend that whatever I say is happening and if you like to visualize and you can then again you'll see what's there for you.
So in this lovely mind escape take your vision out over to the left and ask your brain to show itself to you.
This is where the brain keeps all its files,
It's where it has access to the huge files of past across all timelines and probably future as well.
If your brain's new to this just say in this moment we're going to just do some gentle stuff today,
Nothing serious,
Nothing awful.
So relax and come have fun with me.
Now lift your gaze from where your brain lives up and over to the right and as you do there'll be an arc appear.
It may become a rainbow,
It may just be an arc,
Just be there,
It's a directional useful tool that we use.
And on the right,
On the right is a container filled with love.
This is what we're going to do and use to neutralize files or to shine them up.
So come back over to your brain and ask your brain for the file on worthy.
Your worth to yourself,
What do you think other people feel is your worth?
Let your brain go and find these files on worthy and gather them up for you.
And however you see these files,
However you feel them,
Allow them to lift up and over that arc and carry them over and land them over in that love pile on the right.
Now come back to your brain on the left and say to your brain,
You know the files on my value when I do stuff,
On being valuable when I do stuff,
Those files.
Ask your brain to find the files related to that feeling.
And when those files appear just see them,
Feel them lifting up and over the arc and landing in the love pile to be shown up,
Neutralized,
Recalibrated.
Come back to your brain on the left and say to your brain,
Are there some files where there's a set of files where I know I am only worthy when I do stuff.
Let's grab those files and lift them up and over the arc and land them,
Land them in love.
Because we know essentially they're not true.
But we need to shift that thought pattern so let's recalibrate those files.
The files generally don't stay away,
They usually get recalibrated and come back over into your brain's access.
But they're different.
So come back over to your brain now and say to your brain,
Can you find files on how when I sit still just to be with myself that I feel like I'm not being valuable.
It's a big sentence but your brain knows what we're talking about.
When I just want to be with myself sitting still that it's not valuable.
I know in the front of your brain that you know that's a statement that shouldn't ever be made.
But there is in a cell level or in a file level there's a truth attached to that.
Let's find the files,
The files where you know that that's valuable and where you don't know that that's valuable.
And let's take all of those beautiful files and lift them up over the arc and land them in the love pile.
Now come back to your brain and ask your brain,
Just say you know what we've been moving,
You know the subject of our work together today.
Have you got some other random files that's related?
Your brain will go and gather them up.
And here they are.
Lift them up and over the arc and land them in the love pile.
Recalibration.
Activation.
Neutralizing.
And shining.
Now come back to your brain and thank it.
Thank it so much for working with you today.
And then slide down from your beautiful mind scape into your body.
And in this moment hold your hands over your heart library,
Over your heart and intend that the love that was installed in those files has activated them into neutral.
And shown the light on new files that you are to see.
New files for your journey of value,
Self-love and worthiness.
And with your brain and your heart and your connection hold an intention that you will fairly quickly see when your thoughts find those old paths.
And in the moment that you see that you are devaluing yourself in any way,
Inside say to your brain,
Here's that file,
Let's lift it over and drop it into the love basket.
It's that quick.
You can do this every day in any way that comes to you on any subject.
Okay beautiful being.
I'm gonna bring you back.
Bring you back to the here and now properly.
Ah wriggle your toes,
Stretch your shoulder muscles,
Take a deep breath in and just know,
Just know that life is grand.
