
Chakra Meditation - Refresh & Reset
This is a recording taken from a live meditation where we relaxed, breathed love, and reset all of our chakras. You'll find this super cleansing and a way of fully feeling the love in your body and then letting it spill over into your energy field. I regularly complete this style of meditation live and would love to have you join us if this calls to you.
Transcript
For this meditation you can lie down,
You can sit,
You can even be moving around if you're caring for children or someone,
Because this will just happen as you intend it.
And we,
As you're getting settled,
We're going to bring love to our chakras,
To some joints,
To some little,
What I call mini chakras,
I don't know what they're called,
I've just been guided every now and then to open them up and love them.
And just to allow them to relax,
Not to do any open and close mechanisms,
Just lovingly relax.
So bring breath in to your heart and as you breathe out allow to fall out into your body.
If there's a place on your body that doesn't feel comfortable,
Then breathe into that place.
Breathe into your shoulders and just bring your body to the biggest place of relax that you can right now.
And in the next breath,
Let's breathe love in,
Love that's just floating in the atmosphere.
Breathe it in and on the out breath,
Let it fall out into your body.
Breathe in love from the atmosphere,
Universal love that's just waiting to be utilised.
And on the out breath,
Allow it to fill up your body with love and hold that as a relaxed state of love.
Has all the tension left?
Is your neck relaxed?
Is your skin around your head,
Just tense your brain up in the brain area and just allow,
Allow it to relax.
There you go.
While you're lying there,
Really relaxed,
What we're going to do is we're going to breathe love through each chakra,
We're going to breathe it as if you are lying flat,
It doesn't matter how you are,
But as if you are lying flat,
We're going to breathe love up through the back of your body to the front and then down through the front of your body to the back.
When I talk to you about breathing love up through a chakra,
That's my interpretation.
If it feels different to you as you do it,
Go with it,
It's just I wanted to clarify how I do it when I do it for me.
And I do this when I go to sleep.
So while you're lying there,
Just feel down from your feet about 30 centimeters or a foot,
Just depends how you do measurement.
And then you'll find your Earth Star Chakra.
If you haven't met it before,
Just feel into it,
It's the one big link between you and Earth Central.
And then on your next breath,
Breathe love up through that chakra and on the out breath,
Let that love gently go back through the chakra.
If it feels right,
Do it again.
Breathe love up through the Earth Star Chakra and back down through the Earth Star Chakra on your out breath.
And now let's move up to your feet and the little mini chakra that's around the base of the ball of your foot.
And let's breathe up through the ball of your foot,
Breathing love up through that area and allow the love to fall back through on the out breath.
And now we're moving up to your ankle.
I have been told by my team there are mini chakras on all of our joints to assist in flow of energy.
So let's breathe love up through,
Up through your ankle and on the out breath,
Let the love flow back down through,
Through,
Through the ankle again.
As you go up past your calves,
Allow them to relax a little tiny bit more.
And then let's breathe love up through our knees,
Up through your knees,
Breathing love,
Relaxing your knees.
And on the out breath,
Allow that love to float back through your knees again,
Leaving them relaxed and ready.
Next we're going to breathe love up through our hip area.
Our hips help us so much in life,
So breathe love up through the hips and on the out breath,
Carry that love back down again.
On your next breath,
Let's breathe love up through your root chakra.
The chakra is at the base of your spine,
So you know the general area to breathe love and bring love up through the root chakra.
And on the out breath,
Just let it fall back down again,
Relaxing,
Clearing,
Allowing and gently.
And on your next breath,
Let's bring love up through your solar plexus,
It's just below your tummy button.
Below your tummy area,
Bring love up through that,
Feel the shift in any stress that's been sitting in your tummy.
And now allow,
Just allow the love to fall back through.
Let's do that one again.
Breathe love up through your sacral,
Up through your tummy and allow that love just to fall back through,
Relaxing and releasing.
And now we move up to the solar plexus,
And we hold so much where we allow others to affect us.
Does such a big job for us,
Our solar plexus chakra.
Breathe love in through your ribs and up through your solar plexus.
And then on the out breath,
Allow that beautiful sparkly love to just go back through your solar plexus chakra.
Refreshing,
Allowing you strength in your day,
Holding that area sacred to you.
Let's do that some more.
Breathe love up through your rib cage,
Through your solar plexus.
Just allow that love to fall back through,
Lightening the load in that area.
Next we're going to breathe love up through the heart chakra,
The perfect place for love to land.
On the in breath,
Breathe love through from your ribs again,
Through your heart.
And allow that love to fall back through on the out breath,
Landing through your heart,
Allowing,
Just allowing the love to grow in your heart.
Refreshing,
Take another deep loving breath up through your heart chakra.
That was a beautiful feeling wasn't it?
Now let's go back and focus on our fingers and the little mini dancing chakras that are on all of our fingers.
Just breathe love up through the fingers on our hands.
And let that love fall back down and through.
And thank our hands for all of the work they do for us.
On the next breath,
Breathe love up through your wrists,
Thanking the wrists for their flexibility.
And let that love fall back down through them again,
Allowing,
Releasing,
Being.
Now travel up to those little mini chakras on your elbows.
Feel the love on the next in breath coming up through your elbow.
And on the out breath,
The love falling back through,
Carrying away any tension.
Just allowing the elbow to do its job for you.
And now,
Let's talk to the shoulders.
And that's the area where your high heart is too,
Just above your heart.
So let's breathe love through your shoulders,
And take such a load for us through your high heart chakra.
And allow that love to fall back through on the out breath,
Clearing the way for your shoulders to be relaxed,
Freed up,
Movable,
Doing their job for you.
While we're at your shoulders,
Let's just move a little further up to your throat chakra and your neck,
Breathing love up through the throat chakra,
And back through again.
Clarity of speech,
Freedom of speech,
Not always out loud,
But clear and knowing.
Breathing love up through that chakra,
And breathing love back down again.
Now let's just move a little bit further up to your jaw.
I'm pretty sure we all carry stress in our jaw.
Let's breathe some love up through our jaw area,
Through the mandibles.
It's all part of your throat chakra.
Breathing love up through,
And exhaling love back down again through it again.
Peaceful,
Loving communication,
Fully enabled.
Now just move a little bit further up to where your eyes are,
And let's bring love up through the back of the brain,
Through your eyes,
The clarity of vision.
And let that love fall back through your eyes,
And through your brain,
Allowing the love to sift and sort,
Bringing clarity for you.
And now,
Next let's bring love up through your brain and out,
Through your third eye chakra.
Allowing conscious,
Extra knowledge,
Clarity,
Spiritual awareness.
And on the out breath,
Allow that love to flow back through,
To another breath of love up through this beautiful third eye chakra.
Moving away any frowns,
Allowing clarity on all spiritual levels.
And let love flow back through again,
Feeling the connection.
And our next breath,
We take it through the area,
Through your head,
Into through the area where your crown chakra lives,
Clearing,
Opening,
Allowing your connection.
And on the out breath,
Carry that love back down through again,
Another breath of love to clear that connection for you.
Opening that with love.
And the next breath of love,
We're going to move 30 centimeters or a foot above your head.
And this is your soul connection.
This is your soul star chakra.
This is the chakra that confirms your connection to source,
Carries it,
Open,
Always there,
Even when you don't feel connected.
So let's thank it for being there by loving it.
Bring that love up through your soul star chakra.
And on the out breath,
Let it fall back through again,
Clearing the way.
And now,
As we lie there with every chakra feeling loved,
All of the mini chakras feeling loved,
Your connection to source becomes so bright.
Feel it from source down through your body,
Connecting with every chakra,
Every atom on its way down through your body,
Through your earth star chakra,
Down into Gaia,
Down into earth.
Any messages from earth will come up on the return journey.
Live in your heart library for later and connect with source.
Just hold the intention that any messages received in these next few minutes land clearly in your heart library and be available to you for this next step on your journey.
And now knowing that your chakras are all loved,
On your next in breath,
Breathe more love into your heart and allow it to fall out into your energy field.
Breathing love into your heart and allow it to fall out into your energy field on every breath.
Just have the intention that you're breathing random love,
Universal love into your system and allow the overflow out into your energy field.
This way you hold a shining love beam.
This is how we energize love on earth.
Okay beautiful being,
It's time to come back to the here and now,
Just slowly reach out with your mind first and touch your thought on different parts of your body to see how they feel now.
Do they feel different,
Happy,
Relaxed,
Joyful,
Uplifted and when you feel like it,
Bring a little movement just into your toes,
Deepen your breath,
Feel your body where it wants to move and stretch.
If you're lying down you can do a little wiggle,
If you're sitting you can do a mini chair dance,
It always feels good,
Extend the spine.
Ahhh.

Thank you for offering a love-based holistic practice to refresh and reset our chakras both mini and major. The flow was gently relaxing and my ever present rose quartz healing stone vision was activated by the love. I feel its pink energy around and within.
