Welcome to this guided meditation called Virus Anxiety Healing Work.
Let's begin.
I would like you to get very comfortable sitting or lay down if you wish.
And wrap yourself in comfort.
Please close your eyes.
And focus on your mind.
Getting ready to expand,
Update and empower oneself.
First just stay with the breath you have right now.
Let's paint the room you are in with your mind with white paint.
Let all the walls be painted completely white.
Just feel they are white.
The ceiling too,
Painted all in white.
The floor matching in whiteness too.
Lastly all that is touching you in comfort has simply gone white.
Now welcome in a relaxing comforting white breath.
And just continue to be in a rhythm of in and out with white breaths.
This following meditation is healing work on virus anxiety.
To explain anxiety happens when there has been a threat that one worries about anything possible connected to it.
Now to explain depression is shutting down with fear.
But there is always hope and change.
You like so many have gone through the longest biggest episode of this year 2020.
The very mind itself has been in a ripple of drama and some hard facts globally about the virus.
Reflect on this.
If we just look at the animal kingdom and the nature kingdom it is gorgeous.
And the third thing here on earth is us.
We must learn to look after ourselves and loved ones.
Some call it the awakening of 2020.
For dramatic changes to improve and look after this planet better.
Amongst the virus news some good changes are happening for the better of this very planet mother earth.
I was personally told a lot of people won't like but we're not looking after our planet.
The nature and animal kingdom have felt their own reward of peace and replenishment.
Doctors have been dealing with symptoms of long haulers after effect of the virus.
And simply say it's all in the mind your symptoms.
I believe in a sense your subconscious mind did take over during virus lockdown.
And in a sense an artificial depression was felt.
In a sense depression is when all our positive buttons got switched off.
In a sense safety and protection with limitations did happen.
This comes down to the subconscious mind versus the virus situation.
So first let's say thank you to your subconscious mind.
Thank you for helping to protect and obey isolation.
We are ready in a sense to move on to healing work.
Of this temporary created anxiety and depression.
It's time to update the subconscious mind.
It is time to resonate with your personal life of all things you love.
For time moves on.
Remember we don't know when life will cease which tells us to get busy living.
A period has passed and ready for your body to get back to vitality and your mind back to vitality.
Both create perfect balance of mind and body.
Firmly and directly tell your subconscious mind it's time now to push all buttons back on.
Pushing out all those buttons that reconnect you to a positive life.
The subconscious mind now needs to start running the new program of well being.
For your future you need to claim your well being which actually includes good things.
We can work but an infusion of fun and lightness is needed too.
It's time to get back to exercise,
Talking,
Activities,
Planning things,
Making positive decisions for yourself and loved ones.
Positive approach to this planet earth.
Also a time to say thank you to your subconscious mind for adjusting to the virus safety conditions and to updating now and giving yourself permission now to flow,
To flow once more with time and with life.
Get busy doing things that matter to you.
Breathing in white light.
Work with your natural gifts.
Breathe in white light.
Have a new respect for earth.
Breathe in white light.
Keeping nature going positively.
Breathe in white light.
Keeping the animal kingdom going positively.
Breathe in white light.
Feel each of you are important to this life's journey on earth.
