The seconds are drifting by and forwards into dream time You have a body clock too Our bodies are fantastic and do so much but they need the perfect sleep As you lay there with eyes closed but inside the eyes remember So let's remember the birds that always sing before the sun disappears It is and will always be a great sound of comfort and joy For we have songs in the air that belong to these beautiful birds whose hearts sing perfectly in huge volumes,
Sweet music The sun bows and so the birds fly to bed to nest The star Venus shines first at bedtime so bright every night This night sky begins and is beautiful so breathtaking A glorious white super shiny moon A deep blue sky Then all the stars pop out for all to see The clouds gather,
Many clouds and all as white as the shiny moon So the sky is lit up beautifully The last thing your eyes did see How comforting such order,
Such art decorates the skies at sleep time And to stare for a moment and say I see you I see with utter silence the white shiny moon Your aura glow around you a smile appears in the cracks The stars spaced apart shine all through this night destined to only get brighter,
Stronger The clouds are utterly white fluffed into shapes like a big jigsaw puzzle We are blessed by you all as you wish us goodnight I curl into my softness my blankets,
My pillows I am like a baby tucked into bed Nothing to do but rest into a smile And tomorrow,
Well,
A new day new things it shall bring to me Let the magic begin with yourself So you are all wrapped up in bed Let the eyes inside swing left and right Rock them gently left and right Your precious beautiful butterfly eyes Let all your body listen as it lays there on the soft dreamy bed Eyes resting now The whole body awaits as a super bright green orb this green bright bubble comes to your rescue and pops you inside as you lay there The first breath is somewhat better a sleep breath and a nice bright green yawn that carries only the essence of peace and stillness Body begins to relax inside the bright green orb Repairing begins This bright green energy is so light The mind begins to be so soft and silent and rests into this sleep shiny bright green orb And now the heart sings a little wishing a dream to begin And so the magic begins now A bright green dream dragon arrives smoothly and softly to take you there As you are reminded you are very much a dragon rider The heart of this dragon is huge full of magic to share and bless you with So now the green bright orb with you inside begins to float floating up to your bright green dragon and very gently places you upon his long magical back As soon as you touch the bright green dragon you feel so powerful and excited to be together You both begin to look up and forwards Adventures and new things to see and enjoy And to travel so light,
So elegantly to fly of course Fly around a starry galaxy and take in the shining colours floating in the vast magical universe A silence lingers up here and so your dragon sings softly from his heart to yours You find you too wish to sing and so you both vibrate this special beautiful sound Then with the speed of a dragon shining bright green magic It's always fun to share a dream with a dragon What will you find?
