Welcome to this guided meditation called Time for Fun.
Let's begin seated or lay down if you wish.
Release a nice deep breath out.
Close your eyes please.
Let's quiet the mind getting silent.
Quieter and quieter.
Breathe out a magical moment of peace.
This is powerful for so many good things can awake in this moment.
Now fun can be many things.
Feel a smile that is curious and loves this idea.
Let your eyes inside go round and round.
You and I are always surrounded with fun things to do.
But I want it to be magic fun.
Relax your eyes.
Let's begin the magic of you in a magical world.
A very hot sunny day.
With a mind blowing 100 foot waterfall.
Being in this moment.
Noting the body is hot with sweat.
And the sheer coldness of shiny clear water.
Flushing down the head and body.
Entering the physical cleansing of a 100 foot waterfall.
The eyes in love with nature.
It's shape and colours and playful water.
Seeing a beautiful world and being in it.
Let an adventure begin.
Your eyes see and are captured by fish in the water below.
Suddenly you turn into a fish.
And dive in to be in the world of water.
And swim happily along with all the pretty coloured fish.
Looking at colourful coral and blue water.
How would it feel to be a goby fish?
They are known to climb waterfalls.
As part of their life cycle.
To move from the ocean to fresh water streams.
The goby fish lives near waterfalls.
And are swept to the sea during the rainy season.
Then they hitch a ride on the ocean currents.
And store energy to climb waterfalls.
When tide delivers them to river mouths.
They fight to compete their journey.
So how does it feel to be a goby fish?
Play with this 59 seconds please.
Now then your fishy eyes see a seagull up in the sky.
As you change into a bird.
And leap out of the water.
And soar high looking and heading up to the clouds.
Dancing on the wind a breezy day.
And flying is such fun.
For you are as light as a feather.
Like a kite you own this wind.
And glide with speed and softness.
But how does it feel to be a lava gull?
Known as the dusky gull.
It is the most closely related to the laughing gull.
And is the rarest in the world.
It only belongs to the Galapagos Islands.
So play with this 59 seconds please.
And now your bird eyes see a field from the sky.
Where horses are playing and mucking about.
You fly down and land on four strong legs.
And become a horse.
You start to gallop at full speed.
Kicking your back legs letting off steam.
Tossing your mane and sharing your time with friendly horses.
But how does it feel to be an Arabian horse?
The Arabian is the oldest horse breed in the world.
Its lineage goes far back as 3000 BC.
In fact every light horse breed can trace their ancestry back to the Arabian.
They are rather spirited horses.
So are not suitable for beginners.
But they are loving and loyal.
And to care for them they just need good food and standard grooming.
And they will keep looking beautiful.
So how does it feel to be an Arabian horse?
Play with this 59 seconds please.
And now your horse eyes sees someone relaxing on a long sunbed.
And decide that would be nice.
And as you lay there and reach for a cool soft drink.
Thinking how magical and such fun the world is.
The sun shines all over you from every toe to the hair on your head.
And now let's awake and feel refreshed and alive.
At the count of five.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Eyes opening.
Feeling fun and fabulous.
