Welcome to this guided sleep meditation.

Hold open the doors to fairies.

Let's begin in your bedroom.

Please make your pillow really fluffy,

Squeeze it tight.

Then settle into bed now.

Curl into a ball,

Feel so small.

Just like a fairy.

And the more fairies there are,

The more magic can happen.

How are your feet?

Does your ten toes need a little fairy magic to help you sleep?

So blink twice,

Then close your eyes to begin a fairy dream.

Let them know your heart is always open when you think of them.

And with this,

The door opens to fairies.

Little remedies are what they are also good at.

So please spread open all your toes.

Your feet work hard,

So time for a fairy massage.

Now as the magic continues to grow around you,

Bedtime is a great time to bond with fairies,

Especially if you've had a busy day.

Breathe lovingly into fairy friends forever.

Being so tiny makes the world a magical place.

A very highly magical place indeed.

Most trees are fairy trees,

Deep inside and so high.

They truly feel these trees.

They know them so well.

What aid,

What magic medicine each does home.

It's time for you to fly with them.

Place a smile in your heart and get truly excited about all that flying about.

For flying brings a lot of freedom.

To go anywhere,

Listen to them sing,

As they bring you a present of fairy wings.

All nicely wrapped inside a flower,

A golden bright buttercup.

So now being so big will not do.

So wish and wish to be a tiny fairy too.

10 seconds should do.

Lots of things in this world are tiny too.

A single ant can live 10 times,

Even 50 times its body weight.

So just imagine what a fairy can also do.

Moving fast,

Lots of energy comes with this.

Even a single seed can make a giant tree.

Now your bedroom starts to sparkle,

Filling nicely up with fairies.

Silver sparkle and lots of colour,

A bit like a rainbow.

Flying over the bed,

Looking and waiting for you.

As you slowly open the buttercup flower present,

Everything about you tingles with magic.

Growing tiny,

Not growing big.

And by the time you see the fairy wings inside,

You are the perfect size.

And so as the wings slip onto your back,

Your eyes see what the fairies really see.

And that is a gigantic world all around you.

No wonder they fly so quick,

For the need of fairy speed,

Zooming from A to B.

Raindrops like buckets of water.

Floating feathers like a giant sail.

Blades of grass become a green jungle.

No fear being a fairy,

For they see only the magic of everything being unique.

And that magical bond,

How everything belongs to each other.

Feel fairy oneness,

Just like the making of a rainbow.

Windy days are lots of fun,

Riding the sky like a wave.

So up you go,

And start a long,

Happy surprise adventure.

Fairies all around this world,

Helping each other of course.

Flying up,

Spin around,

Go backwards,

Do a loop,

Keep flying fast,

A little faster.

Practice upside down too.

Look how nature moves and flows.

Learn to weave in and out.

And always listen to the wind.

Fairy fun is important,

Amongst all the work they do,

For they are naturally little helpers.

So fun would be pretty holidays,

And some very adventurous holidays too.

When on holiday,

You may wish to bond well with the ocean dolphins,

Or an adventurous one may be with the wild mountain goats.

A winter holiday would be more leaning to a snow leopard.

Remember to fly with lightness in your heart.

Stay together,

In the joy of so many friends.

For you will learn a lot,

Working together,

And playing together of course.

I think you can do a lot in this dream.

But remember,

When you get tired,

Whisper to take me home.

Even this can be fun,

When you sit back and ride upon the red ladybird,

Talking and yawning all the way home.

So enjoy and dream big,

Little fairy.
