Please close your eyes and hold the breath for 7 seconds now.
Feel the breath long and smooth,
With your imagination be it mind.
See the room you are in transformed into a brilliant white room.
Your room flooded into whiteness.
Bathe yourself in this lovely white room.
Feel its strong connection to peace and an invitation for angels to visit.
Please focus now on grounding yourself.
Think of your feet that walk the earth,
That keep you grounded and physically balanced.
See the soles of the feet of left and right.
Begin to grow energetically new strong roots into Mother Earth.
Sending your roots to the centre of earth.
Breathing in I wish to anchor my lovely roots that say I am here.
Connect to peace so that the angels can fully enter into your energy field.
Bring your thoughts to wishing to connect to powerful angels of love and light.
That the process will be deeply therapeutic,
