So welcome to this mindful pause.
In our daily lives our bodies are often in one
Place and our mind is often reeling into the past or into the future.
And our
Breath is like a bridge allowing us to connect to the body right now.
And so
Beginning to pay attention to the breath inside the body.
You might feel the
Physical sensations in the entirety of the body.
Maybe the pull of gravity.
Maybe
Tingling in the region of the hands.
Perhaps the sensations right down in the
Soles of the feet.
Areas of pulsation,
Tingling.
A sense perhaps of the
Aliveness in the body.
And now bringing particular attention to the sensation
Of breath moving in the region of the chest.
Softly,
Gently landing your
Awareness into this space of breathing here.
Not thinking about the breath but
Allowing yourself to feel the breath.
Entering it directly.
And now breathing
Loving-kindness or care into the space of your own beating breathing heart.
Allowing room for all that is here in the mind,
In the heart,
In your life.

Moment of just accepting yourself as you are.
As you breathe kindness right to the
Center of the heart.
As you do so,
Perhaps sending a wish to yourself,

Peace.
