Vibrant forest.
On a bright,

Sunny summer afternoon.
The forest is dense and cool.
The trees are tall and slender,
Reaching way above you into the cloud-free blue sky.
There's a well-worn path through the forest that meanders through the trees,
Curling around them organically.
And you feel safe here.
There's so much to note.
As you walk along and around the next bend,
You see that the terrain changes and starts to slope down and away from you.
There are steps made from fallen logs.
And at the end of the steps is an incredible archway that's naturally formed from two trees growing and entwining together.
Immediately you can sense that there's something very magical about this archway.
The energy between the trees feels alive.
It seems to ripple and almost glow with life.
You have the overwhelming knowing that this space is a portal.
A door to anywhere,
To any time,
To any place,
Any dimension,
Planet and realm.
You know that you need to walk down the stairs and through the portal,
Which will take you to your new safe and sacred place.
And you are so excited to do this.
I wonder what kind of space you will create for yourself.
Will it be an adaptation of somewhere that you've been before?
Maybe a new purpose-built space that caters to your needs.
To your every need and desire.
Set your intention now that your guides and helpers and your incredible energy can dial up for you the most extraordinary sacred space that will support and nurture you moving forward.

Take your first step down the steps,
Calming your energy and just getting out of your own way.

Free from worries and concerns.

Diving deeply.

Stepping down,

Feel and touch all that you can,
Commit this place into your energy.
Tune into everything,
You may find yourself inside or outside,
But no matter where you are,
Tune into the size of the space that you find yourself in.
Note the time of day,
The season,
The weather,
The temperature.
Become aware of the smells,
The sounds,
Let everything register and take the time to truly explore your space.
Have a walk around,
Explore your space,
Trees and grasses and flowers,
If your sacred and safe place is inside,
Explore it in the same way.
Notice the decor and the furnishings,
The room size.
This is your space,
You can change it and alter it and add to it.
Easily and quickly.
You can do whatever you like here and create exactly what you need.
If something's not right,
You can add to it or take it away.
This exercise is all about creating the ultimate space for yourself.
A space that you can retreat to,
To relax,
Where you can regroup and heal.
Where you may choose to start a journey from.
And tune into immediately when you do any form of meditation,
Guided meditation or trance work in the future.
So put the time in,
Own your space,
Design your space.
The more you visit this place,
The more that you hone your skills of relaxation.
And whilst you're here,
Whilst you're visiting your special sacred place,
It will truly become alive.
It's yours,
So own it.
Put your mark on it.
Let it know that this is where you belong.
This is a place that you can go to,
To do all of your spiritual work.
To heal,
To facilitate any healing of the mind,
The body and the soul.
If you find yourself in a field or a forest,
You might put an amazingly comfortable leather armchair right in the middle of your space.
With a side table or a mini fridge,
It's your space.

It's a wonderful thing to do for the energy.
