Begin now by adopting your favorite meditating posture and link into your breathing.
Become aware of the movement of your body as you breathe in and out.
Become aware of how each breath takes you deeper and deeper down,
Deeper and deeper down.
Take some time now to create an inventory of the things for which you're grateful,
A simple task that can have a profound effect on your energy.
Let these gratefulnesses percolate through your mind and calm your body.
Maybe you humbly start by thinking of and tuning into just five things that you're grateful for.
Five things which matter to you.
You may find this step easy or maybe you need to take some quiet time to work this through.
However this feels for you,
Start a mental list of just five things that you're grateful for.
You can always write your gratitudes down post-session if necessary,
But for now just bring them to mind.
You may be able to grow your gratitude list quickly with gratitudes pouring into your awareness.
However this feels for you,
Try to highlight as many gratitudes as you can.
Bring to mind someone for whom you're grateful,
Someone who has influenced you positively,
Perhaps they're a protector or benefactor,
A loved one,
A mentor,
A best friend or someone helpful and always there for you.
Savor the image or the memory of this person and let it be big and vivid and colorful and filled with love.
Try to allow the image of this person to resonate and vibrate within all of the cells of your body.
So not just your mind but your energy and your physical,
Mental and emotional bodies too.
Let it embed into your whole being.
Gratefulness is a wonderful thing to hold within our energy.
When we are grateful we fill our being with joy.
Savor this feeling of gratitude for this person and amplify the love that you have for them.
Notice what happens in your emotions and in your body when you do this.
Feel and know that your energy is changing,
Morphing and growing as you allow gratitude into your awareness.
Allow gratitude to manifest within your body.
At any point during your day see if you can reflect upon one important thing that you've learned today or yesterday.
You may be able to note many things which is wonderful but you only need to bring forward one important thing that you've learned.
Feel gratitude for having taken this new learning on board and let it into your energy.
Everything that we come into contact with can affect us.
So be affected and acknowledge what goes on around you.
Allow it into your energy.
Maybe today or tomorrow you can let someone know that you're thinking of them.
Maybe by sending a card or calling or texting them.
Perhaps writing a note or sending an email.
Just letting them know that you're thinking of them.
Expecting nothing in return.
Just honor and witness your appreciation of this person.
Open yourself up to the energy of giving and receiving.
At some stage throughout your day see if you can find some time to sit quietly and maybe light a candle or put on some gentle spiritual music to make this time feel special.
Close your eyes and allow a sense of peace to enter your heart.
Let the peaceful energy flow into your heart.
Let it infuse and fill it.
And as this happens create a grateful intention allowing this peaceful energy to work through you.
Let the peace in.
Really let the peace in.
Fill your energy with peace.
Float in this energy of peace and gratefulness for a few lovely moments now.
And let peace and gratefulness infuse your being.

See if you can turn these waiting moments into periods of heightened awareness.
Try to be fully aware of what the blessings may be.
Often blessings are in disguise.
Note that any down time during your day is a huge shift that you can enjoy.
A time to be still and reflect.
A time to rebalance your energy.
If you share a meal with other people today ask each person to share something for which they're grateful.
It's so powerful to do this.
Maybe even two or three things for which they're grateful.
If you're eating alone bring to mind something for which you are grateful and dedicate your meal to that gratefulness.
Now add in a random act of kindness throughout the day.
See if you can engage in an act of kindness.
Notice if you're pulled towards kindness for a stranger more than someone close to you or known to you.
Either way offer your kindness with no strings attached.
It doesn't need to be a fancy or expensive act.
Just something simple and from the heart with no request for recognition.
Truly just notice the incredible feeling of being able to let go of not needing anything in return and giving just because you can.
When we give we receive.
When we live in the vibration of gratitude we change our energy and our physiology and when this happens anything feels possible and attainable because we're living in pure joy.
Raise your vibration,
Fill your energy with gratitude and joy and live positively and gently.
Create space in your energy now for gratitude to grow and embed and spread.
Be thankful for the small things,
The unremarkable things,
The everyday things.
We choose our state each day.
So choose to be happy,
Choose to be grateful,

Share your joy and encourage others to look at all they have to be grateful for.
Even in the moments that can feel like a struggle or tougher than usual.
Being grateful alters your vibration,

There is so much to be thankful for.
You can allow thankfulness,

Moving the toes,
The legs,
Wriggling the fingers,
Feeling a big stretch coming on.

Refreshed,
