The practice of anchoring brings us into our sacred core where we find our true foundation within. A foundation that offers grounded clarity and an expanded sense of self. We will first learn the physical posture of anchoring into the body, followed by breath and embodiment practices that allow one to experience the subtle energies that reside within our sacred core. These practices are based on the teachings of Dr. Sue Morter as presented in her book “The Energy Codes”, for which I am a trained facilitator.
