This session includes five minutes of a meditation that will help ground you and relax you in a short amount of time, so that you can fall asleep easily and have a restful night of sleep. I'll guide you through some breathing and intention setting so you can let the day go and set yourself up to feel excited to wake up tomorrow. It then includes eight hours of sleep music to help relax the mind and body, and allow you to have a long, restful, uninterrupted night of sleep. I wish you a deep, nourishing night of sleep.
