This recording will help to refocus your mind by embedding into your conscious and unconscious reasons and resources to feel confident and in control and remain free from marijuana.
Please use this audio every day for at least 30 days and see how much better you feel as you bring in more energy,
Focus and motivation to remain in control.
I invite you to find a comfortable position and close down your eyes as we begin to relax into this time and space.
And to help you to relax,
Take a nice long slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly out of your mouth.
Take another slow deep breath in through your nose and exhale slowly out of your mouth.
Allow your body to relax with the breath.
Relax.
And I invite you to bring your focus to being right here and become aware of the surface beneath your body.
Feel your body relaxing and becoming more comfortable and so relaxed with every breath you take.
Relax.
Breathing now in your own natural rhythm and as you let go more and more with every out breath your body becomes deeper and deeper and deeper.
Relax.
Relax.
Calmness and relaxation is beginning to flow down your body from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of the toes,
Every nerve,
Every cell,
Every fibre,
Every muscle of your body is relaxing deeper and deeper.
Relax.
Letting go of any thoughts as you go even more deeper and deeper.
Relax.
Now I would like you to continue listening to the sound of my voice as you continue to relax in a few short moments.
You will be so completely relaxed and comfortable that it will be easy for you to go deeper and deeper.
Relax.
Into the comfortable space.
That's right.
Just enjoy the process.
Relax.
Relax.
And listen to the sound of my voice.
There is nothing you need to do.
Know where you need to be.
Nobody wants anything from you.
All you need to do is rest on your breath and as you continue to settle yourself down into the comfort,
Relax,
You can easily drift off into a deep and relaxing sleep.
Relax.
And while you sleep,
You have a dream.
You dream you are walking down a long corridor stretching way out in front of you.
So long that you can't actually see the end of it.
But you know that this corridor is in the very depths of your subconscious mind.
In the part of your mind that knows just what to do and just how to do it.
And as you begin to move along this corridor,
Becoming even more relaxed,
More calm and at peace,
You realize that time and space are beginning to lose their meaning.
And slowly the walls of the corridor seem to dissolve,
Leaving you in a large room.
The room is full of a gentle golden light that relaxes you even further and you realize with a surge of inspiration and pleasure,
That what you once saw as limits are merely stepping stones to greater success.
It suddenly dawns on you with a surge of joy and anticipation that what once seemed to you to be the limits of your personality,
Of your skills and abilities.
Limits on self-control are nothing more than stepping stones to even greater success.
As you look around,
One wall of this room is like a huge television screen with words and images flashing across it,
Too fast for you to see.
And you realize that this is information being transmitted to different parts of your mind and body.
And you use your mind to will it to stop and as you do so,
The screen clears and the word ready appears in large flashing letters.
And now your mind is prepared and receptive to everything my voice says to you.
And everything I say will be accepted and acted upon by your subconscious,
Not because I say so,
But because you want it so.
To get back to a healthy,
Happy state,
Free from marijuana or whatever you call it,
Maybe weed,
Pot,
Dope,
Whatever you call it.
Your unconscious mind knows more about that than your conscious mind does.
And if your unconscious mind knows more than your conscious mind does,
Then you probably know more about how to quit marijuana or whatever you call it forever than you think you do.
You are unconsciously aware of the resources you need.
Your body,
Your neurology knows the pattern of the habit of smoking marijuana.
And because it knows when you are about to smoke it,
It also knows how to change the pattern.
And your unconscious mind,
Which knows more than the conscious mind,
Can change the pattern.
So you have less chance of smoking that weed and finally be free of marijuana.
It's all up to you,
Is it not?
That's right.
And as you relax,
I would like to invite you to use your wonderful,
Creative imagination to imagine the scenes that I describe.
Make them as real and as vivid as you possibly can,
Just like watching a movie at the cinema.
That's right.
Imagine you are at the cinema,
Sitting in a comfortable chair,
And you look up at the screen.
I'd like you to get a sense of really imagining and thinking about some things.
The sort of things you'll be doing when you've stopped being manipulated and dictated to by marijuana.
Think of some of the things you get back into your life.
It might be more motivation,
More focus,
More concentration,
More energy to do more activities,
More money,
More happy experiences,
More free will,
Confidence and self-esteem.
Just get a sense of what it's like to reclaim all those things that marijuana has been cheating you of.
Good.
And you can think about one of those trigger times.
You know,
The sort of time in which you were conned by marijuana,
Conned by the person who provides it,
Conned into feeling that it was a natural time to take it.
And I'd like you to get a sense of watching yourself as if on a cinema screen behaving and responding in a different way.
Not smoking that marijuana,
Just get the sense of watching a movie from the future and seeing yourself looking relaxed and in control,
Doing something different instead of putting all those toxins in your body that will eat.
That's right.
The thing that makes you lazy and self-loathing,
Losing control.
That's right.
You have had enough of being paranoid and worried about what other people are thinking about you.
You have had enough of being socially withdrawn,
Feeling lonely,
Disappointed.
You have had enough of feeling lazy,
Forgetful.
From now on,
The decision to stop smoking marijuana increases your motivation.
You feel awesome knowing that you no longer smoke that weed.
It is finished.
It is gone from your life.
Because you have decided,
Have you not?
That's right.
You are free from marijuana.
Just get a sense of drifting into that image of you free from marijuana.
And really experience every detail.
What are you doing?
What are you wearing?
How are you walking?
How are you talking?
What are you saying?
Who are you with?
See yourself easily and naturally standing up to the marijuana and telling it to go away forever.
And as it fades away and disappears and diminishes from your life,
See yourself turning away,
Feeling healthier,
Being more active,
More social,
More productive at work,
At home,
Having better and more harmonious relationships.
Feeling calm and relaxed.
That's right.
Experience the feeling of being free from marijuana.
Feel the feeling of never smoking marijuana again right now.
Feel the sensations from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Being free from marijuana,
Free from marijuana.
Feel how awesome it is to be healthier,
Clearer in your thinking,
More focused on enjoying the wonderful things and people in your life.
Feel the confidence and self-esteem filling you up from the top of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Your life in balance,
Your life in control.
Your unconscious is learning a lot.
You are having a lot of experiences and sensations and understandings inside.
And each time you listen to this recording,
You see this image of you free from marijuana in your mind,
Free from smoking that weed.
You can experience being absolutely in control and free from marijuana.
Feeling the freedom from all the toxins and really see the image of a healthier,
Happier,
Calmer and contented new you.
And now create an even bigger picture and just get a bigger sense of experiencing a whole day of being relaxed,
Calm and free from marijuana on the movie screen.
Free from marijuana.
See the type of day where before you would have smoked,
Waking up loathing yourself,
Feeling lazy and lonely to now waking up energised,
Focused and motivated to start your day.
Just notice the difference from getting up in the morning to going to bed at night,
Free from smoking marijuana on the screen,
From the start of the day all through the day right to the end when you go to sleep.
A whole day free from marijuana forever.
And now just get the sense of drifting into the future,
Days,
Weeks,
Months and years being totally free from marijuana.
Step into that image and see through your own eyes how much more confident you are,
How much more successful you are,
How much more healthy you are.
Look around,
Where are you?
What are you surrounded by?
What are you doing?
Who are you with?
What are you feeling?
Notice the sensations in your body,
Really feel the feeling of being in your favourite happy place,
Feeling alive,
Living your life healthy,
Successful and happy,
Years in the future.
And notice you are now finding and seeing those old trigger times,
You are aware of all those reasons for giving up marijuana and they easily and effortlessly come into your mind and you are getting a strong sense of building up all the benefits of remaining free of marijuana and all those toxins as part of reclaiming your life because you know you can do it.
As a matter of fact you are already doing it and it feels awesome,
It feels empowering being free from marijuana and being in control,
Does it not?
That's right and the more you experience this the more deeply you are going to relax each time and the greater the benefits will be as you are free from marijuana for the rest of your life,
Setting a powerful example to others and feeling a sense of pride and achievement being in control and free from marijuana for the rest of your life.
Every day you wake up you continue to have successes because you are confident,
Motivated,
You are assertive and in control of your life,
You realise that what your mind can conceive your body can achieve and you realise that you deserve to achieve greatness,
Respect and consideration and people show gratitude and appreciation for who you are because you have made this new decision to change your life and be free from marijuana.
From this moment on you have new positive ways to remain calm,
Relaxed and in control,
You now fully understand,
You now fully realise that you no longer want marijuana to relax you,
You now find other things to do,
More relaxing fun things to do that are healthy.
From this moment on you are creating new habits in your life,
New wonderful positive habits which no longer involve any smoking of any toxic substance,
That's right because you are free from marijuana,
You now find new things to do to relax and to unwind,
Remaining calm and in control,
That's right.
From this moment on there is no person,
Thought,
Idea,
Memory,
Image,
Feeling or sensation from the past,
In the present or even to arrive in the future that could stop you from being a success.
Your positive thoughts guide you and you say to yourself,
I am in control of my life,
I am free from marijuana,
Every day in every way,
I am better and better.
And never again will you allow marijuana to have that control over you,
To rob you of these wonderful benefits that you are bringing into your life day by day,
Week by week,
Month by month,
Year by year,
You are in control and being in control makes you feel good,
Makes you feel proud,
Makes you feel fantastic.
On the inside,
Healthier,
Lighter,
Energised and focused and knowing that you are in control,
Free from marijuana forever,
Free from marijuana forever.
In a moment I will emerge you,
I will count from one up to five,
At the count of five and not before,
Your eyes will open,
You will feel energised,
Free from marijuana.
On the last number and only the last number and only when you have accepted the power of the suggestions,
You will let those eyes open,
Become fully alert,
Totally refreshed and feeling wonderful in every way.

Becoming consciously more alert throughout your whole body.

Energy,
Motivation and confidence is flowing from every direction.
