When we practice breath awareness in meditation, we cultivate a mindfulness tool that we can then apply in times of stress or dis-ease to calm the mind and restore balance to our mind, body, and spirit. In this meditation, we will use mindful breathing as we experience a short body scan to release constriction and invite the sensation of blissful balance into our day.
