Meditation Timer OnlineKris Kelly is a breathwork guide, singer-songwriter, and entrepreneur devoted to helping others reconnect with their innate wholeness. His path began with music. After studying classical voice and music composition at NYU, Kris spent years traveling through South America with a guitar, an experience that shaped his album Runaways and revealed how music can hold what words alone cannot. Through song, he learned to meet emotion with honesty and reverence, to treat the inner world as something sacred. In time, breathwork became the missing bridge: an embodied way to release stress, trauma, and unprocessed emotion, and to return home to the body. What began as a personal practice evolved into a vocation rooted in presence, compassion, and transformation. Today, Kris leads breathwork journeys that weave grounded technique with soulful intention. As a certified breathwork facilitator, he creates safe, heart-centered spaces where people can feel deeply, integrate fully, and remember the peace that lives within. Kris is currently pursuing a master’s degree in mental health counseling to deepen his understanding of the human psyche and to bridge the worlds of science, spirit, and healing. He is also founding a nonprofit that brings breathwork, yoga, and meditation into prisons, rehabs, hospices, and underserved communities, making these practices accessible to all who seek healing and reconnection.
