Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position either seated or lying down.
And let your body soften.
Let your shoulders rise up to your ears and then let them drop down your back,
Opening your chest and heart space and feel the support beneath you.
And take a moment now to drop into the space.
Conscious breathing gives us access to a different kind of clarity,
The kind that rises from within instead of all the outside noise.
As the breath slows and steadies,
The mind becomes quiet enough for guidance to be felt,
Not forced.
Now let's take a deep grounding breath together to settle in.
We'll take a deep inhale Through the nose.
And then an audible exhale out the mouth.

And then exhaling through the nose for four counts,

This steady rhythm will help calm the nervous system and bring the mind into balance.

We'll shift into a circular connected breath through the mouth.
Inhaling for four counts.
Exhaling for four counts all through the mouth.
No pause between breaths.
Just let the breath move in one smooth continuous circle like this.
