That practice was helpful to break my busy morning and a feeling of being overwhelmed. I was able to concentrate on the task and my “one thing” to anchor myself came to me very clearly. I wrote it down and there was a significant relief from being able to step out of the doing mode and for 5 minutes to become an outsider and observer. I will come back to this practice.
