Gentle Grounding | Dissociation Support
A gentle, trauma-sensitive meditation exploring the practice of orienting to the space around you. The practice invites awareness of colors, shapes, light, movement, distance, sounds, and simple sensations such as air against the skin, temperature, clothing, or the support beneath the body. Attention can move naturally between the surroundings and the body, without needing to analyze, interpret, or stay focused on any one experience. There is no right way to experience the practice, and nothing needs to be noticed in particular. Whatever is present - or not present - can simply be part of the experience. A quiet exploration of orientation and present-moment awareness, closing with one thing you can see, one thing you can hear, and one place where your body feels supported.
