This is a practical, easy-to-implement strategy. It encourages us to find the 'Courage To STOP For A Minute' at a time during the day. This can be built up to say 5 minutes a day or more. Using the breath as a foundation and adding tools like gratitude, mindful eating, creativity, and writing as a reflective tool as ways to top up the emotional bank balance on a daily basis. It raises self-awareness too.


Meet your Teacher

Kish is a leadership coach and has woven mindfulness into her work. This mindfulness work has discovered a life of its own. She shares mindfulness tools that she has practiced and learned over 30 years to create a practical, simple course that can be implemented in everyday life no matter how busy you are. She has presented on this subject at conferences worldwide and worked with organizations and individuals globally too. She was born in Africa, of Indian roots, and has been living in England. This gives a deep understanding of culture and diversity.
