The Gayatri Mantra - A Universal Prayer

Gayatri Mantra - 9 Repetitions. The Gayatri Mantra was taught to me by my mother and grandmother. It has been with me throughout my life helping to dispel fear and bring in the light. Om Bhur Bhuvaḥ Swaḥ | Tat-savitur Vareñyaṃ | Bhargo Devasya Dheemahi | Dhiyo Yonaḥ Prachodayāt. We meditate on the creator, whose divine light illuminates all realms (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) through all four elements earth, air, water, and fire. May this divine light illuminate our consciousness.
