I created this guided meditation to help you shift your mood.
Your emotions are reactions to events,
Thoughts or other stimulus.
If you are stuck in the same negative emotion for long,
It becomes your mood and if you are not careful,
It will influence your perception of the world,
Your behavior,
Decision making,
Which will then shape your whole personality and that leads to creating your personal reality.

You are probably looking for ways to shift your mood.
Let me help you with that.
Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit or lie down where you won't be disturbed.
Take a moment to get settled and relax your body.
Begin by taking a few deep breaths,
Inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth.
With each exhale,
Release any tension or stress you may be holding in your body.
Now bring your attention to your breath,
Notice the sensation of the air moving in and out of your body.
You do not need to change your breath in any way,
Simply observe it.
As you continue to focus on your breath,
You may notice that your mind starts to wonder.
This is completely normal and when you notice your mind has wondered,
Simply,
Gently,
Guide it back to your breath.
Each breath we take supports the body,
So each breath is like an act of love.
So I invite you to breathe with this awareness,
Letting each breath be an offering of love to your body.
As you inhale,
Feel a sense of love,
Compassion and kindness growing inside of you.
Feel it.
Breathe in love from the space around you and let it fill your heart.
Feel free to touch your heart area too,
Where your attention goes is where your energy flows.
Feel the warmth of this loving energy filling you up.
Sense your whole body and every cell in your body becoming filled with love and light.
Now focus on your exhales and feel that with every exhale you radiate love.
Allow it to transcend the boundaries of your body.
See it forming a protective light bubble around you.
Rest in this gentle,
Healing light.
Keep breathing and see this loving energy radiating even farther out.
Let it fill the room.
Keep breathing and let it fill the area you live in.
Let your love-filled light bubble expand to your whole city.
Keep breathing,
Let your love encompass your whole country.
And now visualize it growing even bigger and covering the whole globe.
Feel yourself connected and being one with every living being.
Feel the energy of love and compassion radiating from you to everything and everyone on the whole surface of the earth.
Stay with this feeling for a few moments,
Allowing it to fill you up and shift your mood.
Whenever your mind wanders,
Gently guide it back to the feeling of joy and peace.
When you're ready,
Take a few more deep breaths and slowly reconnect with your physical body by welcoming some light movement.
You might gently wiggle your fingers or your toes.
Now slowly open your eyes.
Take a moment to notice how you feel and bring this positive vibration with you into the rest of your day.
