Kinga is a trauma-informed Transformative Meditation Creator who began her journey with meditation over 30 years ago, at the age of 13. Through years of practice, she has experienced deep healing, personal growth, and the power of embodied transformation. This was a wonderful, eye-opening course that I deeply appreciate. A someone that was brought up in strict religion, I follow a much more non-religious spirituality, and for years I didn't pray because it had such negative association with me. I now understand that I can pray to whomever or whatever I want, and it isn't about begging for forgiveness or something trying to avoid going to hell.
