My name is Kinga,

I'm a transformative meditation creator and coach and I have created this meditation for those needing assistance in healing physical injuries,

Such as burns,

Fractures,

Sprains and cuts.

The music you will hear is tuned to the 285Hz solfeggio frequency,

Known to help restructure tissue and speed up the healing of these injuries.

Find a comfortable position and make sure no one is going to disturb you.

I recommend you listen to this meditation with headphones on.

The 285Hz solfeggio frequency is known to influence energy fields,

Helping tissue to return to its original form and leaving your body rejuvenated and energised.

Listening to this music can increase your energy level and help you gain greater alertness and concentration,

And at the same time bring you a sense of calm and security too.

Allow your body to unwind and gently close your eyes,

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale release any tension or concerns,

Notice how the air flows in and out like a wave,

In and out.
