Make sure that you are somewhere safe and comfortable,
Where you won't be disturbed,
And that your phone or any devices are,
If not switched off,
Set to silent.
You might want to lie down or recline in a comfortable seat,
And make sure that your temperature and clothes are of optimum comfort.
Pause the audio now if you need a couple of minutes to do so.
Remember that if you do need to return to full awareness at any time,
You will be able to do so,
Safely and easily.
But for now,
You can just relax,
Close your eyes,
And allow yourself to drift.
You may start out with thoughts in your mind,
And that's okay.
Just watch them pass by,
Not attaching,
Just floating by,
Like clouds in a clear,
Calm sky.
So being aware as we start to open ourselves to a state of deep relaxation,
That there may be sounds outside of the room,
Or even inside the room,
And allowing them to just be,
They're nothing to do with us,
So you can afford to relax now.
It's time to begin a journey to that inner part of yourself,
And my voice will go with you,
And guide you to receive exactly what you need at this moment.
You may become aware of your body,
And allow it to just be as heavy as it wants to be,
Held by whatever you're resting on,
Surrendering your weight as you send your attention deep down inside.
And you can notice your breathing,
Just as deep as is right for you,
Right now,
Seeing if it's time to get any deeper as you travel down inside.
And you may be ready now to recognize your unconscious,
And so deeply relaxed,
I wonder if you're able to communicate with your unconscious.
Deeply relaxed,
Immersed in love and positive intention,
Give thanks to your unconscious for all that you do.
And I wonder now,
If you're able to check if there's a filter there,
Deep in your unconscious,
That is keeping you safe from anything that you might not yet be ready to deal with.
And deep in your unconscious mind,
Just checking that that filter is working as it should,
And that nothing can come through to you that is not safe for you,
Allowing any unconscious resources to shift and change,
If that's what they need to do,
To create or change the filter,
So that it keeps you safe and serves your highest interest.
That's right,
Allowing that filter to be as it needs to be,
That's good.
Coming back to your relaxation,
Remembering your breathing,
Always at just the depth that you need to be,
As deep as is right for you,
To do this work safely and comfortably,
For your own highest good.
And I wonder now,
As you connect with your unconscious once again,
Whether there is anything there which has been blocking or impeding your intuitive self.
You can just ask the question now,
Trusting your unconscious to find any blockages to your intuition.
And if there is something there,
Before we clear it away,
Asking your unconscious,
Is there a purpose to this blockage which has been hindering my intuitions?
Remaining relaxed,
Allowing what comes to come,
Knowing that you're safe and held.
And if there is a positive intention to this,
Thanking your unconscious for always doing the best for you.
And it's a good time now to let your unconscious know that you would like to have access to your intuition now,
And asking if it's possible that the positive intention could be fulfilled in a way that allows you to access your intuition.
And I wonder just how many ways there are to fulfill this positive intention and allow you to access your intuition.
And as you remain in this state of relaxation,
Is your unconscious ready now,
Here,
Today,
To begin to generate three or four new ways to fulfill this positive intention,
All the while leaving you free to access your intuition.
And I wonder if you can do so now.
Once again,
Thanking your unconscious mind for keeping you so supported,
So held,
Keeping you safe,
Returning to your breathing,
Returning to your breathing.
And then allow your attention to come away from your inner space and to become aware of yourself as grounded in outer reality.
Still relax,
But allowing your awareness to change now,
To encompass the feel of your body in the place where you've been resting.
The sounds in the room and outside,
Allowing yourself to shift,
Move or wiggle if that's what you need to do right now.
You may begin to notice in the next few days that you're more aware of your intuition,
As doing this exercise once has created an internal change in the way you process intuitive data.
And you can always come back to the exercise again to reinforce what you've done or to make any necessary tweaks.
