Thank you for being here,
Dear soul.
I'm Kenneth and from my heart,
I welcome you to this morning power meditation.
I am privileged and honored that you chose me as your guide today.
You can make yourself as comfortable as you can right now,
In this present moment.
I wonder if you can find a position where you have both your feet planted to the floor or ground beneath you.
You can sit or stand.
If you feel like it,
You can also lay down.
Just make sure that you feel supported by the ground beneath you.
You can also move your body during this meditation if you feel like it.
Plant yourself in this present moment now,
Allowing yourself to be here and now.
Focus on your hands and fingertips and imagine that you breathe in and out of your fingertips.
Maybe there's a tingling sensation or numb sensation as you feel the energy circulating in and out of your hands.
Feeling that life energy in and out of your fingertips.
And move your focus now down and down into your feet.
And imagine that you breathe in and out through the soles of your feet.
Feeling that life force.
And some people may feel that energy as a warmth or coolness or tingling or numbness or something else.
In your wonderful imagination,
Imagine that you find yourself in ancient times out in nature sitting or standing around a bonfire.
Around you are your sole tribe,
Your sole family,
Your brothers and sisters.
And I wonder what you notice the most about this place.
Not what you see,
Hear or feel.
There is only love,
Acceptance and compassion circulating between you.
Underconnected with unconditional love.
You are here for the ritual of connecting and grounding yourself to the heart center of Mother Earth.
You are an ancient soul of deep understanding and wisdom.
You know that your physical body is nurtured by the energy of Mother Earth.
By the energy of the universe.
A tree needs thick and strong roots connecting deep into Mother Earth to stand tall and balanced and to absorb the light from above.
The more the roots grow,
The more that tree will stretch and expand.
Reaching out and embracing the sunlight.
Imagine that slowly you start to move around the fire.
And the more you move,
You start to dance.
How you move and dance is the way that your body,
Heart and soul guide you to.
You move more and more into a state of trance.
Connecting to the warrior energy within you.
You are dancing the warrior dance of courage,
Peace and love.
As you do so,
You send beams of energy from your heart down the soles of your feet,
Down into the heart of Mother Earth.
A crystal of golden white light.
And the more energy you give to this crystal,
The more it radiates its healing energies into the ground and the surface of Gaia.
In your physical body,
Take fuller and deeper breaths now.
Inhaling that life energy that flows freely to you.
Rejoicing it.
Imagine that the dance intensifies,
Filling you up with even more high vibrational energy.
And you send that energy down from your heart,
Down into your feet and down into the heart of our beautiful planet.
The core crystal of Gaia send you the most powerful,
Loving and peaceful energy back into your heart.
Awakening you,
Recharging you,
Rejuvenating every cell in your body.
Activating your inner warrior of light to its full potential now.
Dance with pure joy.
Move with passion.
Sing with purpose.
You are moving to the beat of your heart.
Mother Earth is supporting you.
Always.
You are connected.
As you send beams of unconditional love into the heart of Gaia,
She circulates that love back to you.
To your brothers and sisters.
To the oceans,
Waters and waterfalls.
To the mountains.
To the trees and plants.
To the soil and all its inhabitants.
We are all interconnected with love and Mother Earth is our home.
Imagine that you all stop to dance now.
Facing the fire in the center.
Standing in a circle.
Imagine that you can see or get a sense of the loving energy circulating in each one of you.
Imagine that from your heart and the heart of all,
That you send unconditional love into the center of the circle,
Right above the fire.
And as you do so,
A sphere of magnificent green light starts to form.
From your heart now,
Send your intentions for today into that sphere of green light.
Maybe your intention for today is joy,
Love,
Passion,
Excitement,
Appreciation,
Generosity,
Healing,
Compassion,
Creativity,
Freedom,
Or something else.
I'll leave you in silence for a little while as you send your intention.
The sphere shines stronger and brighter for every second.
Imagine that the green sphere starts to levitate,
Flowing up higher and higher into the sky.
And it lights up the whole place as it goes higher and higher.
Suddenly it explodes into billions and billions of pieces.
And these pieces are seeds of light.
These seeds are of infinite intelligence and love.
They know exactly where they need to go as they embrace Mother Earth and land exactly where love is needed.
You can smile as you notice your connection to Gaia and all life upon her.
And your connection to universal wisdom,
Love,
And intelligence.
I wonder if you can bring your consciousness back to your current physical body here and now in this present moment.
Breathe,
Smile,
Embrace yourself.
Silently or out loud,
Say to yourself,
I am valuable.
I am pure energy in human form.
I am love.
I am gratitude.
I am freedom.
I am tolerance.
I am joy.
I am life.
You are the creator of your day.
Embrace the precious gift of life now.
When you are ready,
You can open up your eyes.
Every time you need to ground yourself,
Connect to the warrior energy within you,
Heal yourself,
And remember who you are.
A being of unconditional love.
