Are you struggling to sleep? Do you feel drained after hours of "trying" to sleep? Or are you in need of a calming and relaxing sleeping ritual, so that you sleep all night? Then this blissfully calm guided meditation is made for you. Allow your Body, Mind and Spirit to naturally flow into a state of deep and rejuvenating sleep. This starts with guided meditation then moves into empowering affirmations, and ends with pure 432 Hz music with 1 Hz delta binaural beats for deep sleep. This is the second session of a series I have called; The Deep Sleep Meditation & Affirmations Series. This session focuses on reinforcing Self Love, Happiness and Inner Peace. Most people will fall asleep before the affirmations start. They are intentionally low in volume, but you can still hear them, however, you don´t need to consciously pay attention to them. Thank you for being here,

Dear soul.

I am Kenneth and from my heart I welcome you to this deep sleep meditation with affirmations for self-love,

Happiness and inner peace.

I am honored and privileged that you chose me as your guide today.

It's good to know that your brain and body has a blueprint for a deep,

Restful sleep.

You don't need to learn how to go to sleep.

Your body knows how to do that for you.

Just like breathing or blinking the eyes.

During this guided meditation,

You know that you are free to move whenever you need to make yourself even more comfortable,

Because you are in control.

You can let go of the need to do anything.

Maybe you'll even find that it feels good to let go of expectations about this journey.

You are free to just flow with the experience,

Detaching,

Breathing,

Just being.

You know what?

You are good enough just as you are.

I wonder now if you can take a nice,

Deep breath in through your nostrils and hold that life energy inside your body for a few moments now.

And you let it out slowly now.

Imagine you are exhaling out the soles of your feet,

Letting go.

One more time now,

Nice,

Deep breath in,

Filling yourself up with life energy and hold it in.

Let that life force work inside your body,

In your energy field.

When you let it out now,

Slowly,

Imagine again you are exhaling out the soles of your feet,

Breathing out accumulated thoughts and tension in your body,

Out of your feet and into the earth.

One last time now,

Nice,

Deep breath in through your nostrils and hold it.

Imagine now when you breathe out slowly now,

That you are cleansing yourself from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet,

Letting go.

As you continue to breathe in your natural way now,

Allowing your body to relax,

You can rest assured that your body knows how to relax,

Allowing that inner intelligence to do the work for you,

And it will continue to do so.

Even though sleeping has not always been easy in the past,

The past is gone,

Like a cloud passing in the sky.

You are here and now,

You can sleep comfortably,

Effortlessly.

That blueprint of yours is sleeping deeply.

While you may consciously wonder how to turn it on now,

Your unconscious mind has already started that process in a safe and natural way.

Focus on your mouth.

Let your teeth part just a little bit.

Some may notice that the jaw drops a bit and relax more as they do this.

This process alone will send signals to the rest of your facial muscles to relax all by themselves.

There are almost 80 different muscles in the face,

And one may wonder how many of them are relaxing already now,

And which ones are starting to let go on their way to sleep now.

Some people are aware of a feeling of lightness or heaviness.

Some people don't notice anything.

Still,

They allow themselves to let go in their own way because they enjoy feeling good.

Your unconscious mind has that natural ability to sleep deeply,

To replenish and repair while you sleep,

Making it automatic and natural,

Like learning to walk or learning to talk automatically,

While you just let go.

That's right,

You're doing good.

Nothing is important now except enjoying the fact that every cell in your body knows how to relax now.

Some people are surprised when they notice that their body is becoming heavier and more comfortable than it was at the beginning of this journey.

Some people notice that the right and left foot feel slightly different from one another.

Maybe the left foot is heavier than the right,

Or is it lighter than the one left.

I don't know which one is right.

The way you notice change is right for you.

Some people may notice a tingling sensation or a numb sensation in their feet.

Some people get a bit surprised in a good way when they notice that the feeling in their hands has changed since I started talking.

Tingling,

Numbness,

Heavier in a pleasant and peaceful way,

While some people don't notice anything at all.

You are doing good.

I wonder if you can imagine a snow globe.

Think about a snow globe.

Imagine that you are holding one.

Maybe you can get a sense of the heaviness,

The form,

Or maybe it's just the colors and the shape that catches your attention.

Imagine that you shake it,

And all those snowflakes are swirling and dancing inside that globe.

Imagine that the snowflakes are all of your thoughts from today swirling inside.

Put the snow globe down now,

And as you do so,

You'll start to notice in your mind's eye one by one the snowflakes sink down.

Ready to go to sleep.

And the snow globe becomes more clear and more tranquil,

More and more peaceful,

As they all lay down to rest now,

Relaxing completely.

Imagine now a wave of relaxation flowing down from the top of your head into your temples.

Let all of the muscles in your forehead relax.

Feel the muscles going smooth,

Smooth and relaxed.

Rest your eyes.

Maybe you can give thanks to your eyes for the gift of sight,

And let them know that it is okay to relax and let go,

Safely,

Naturally.

Imagine the muscles around your eyes,

Inside your eyes,

And behind your eyes,

Melting like an ice cube melting in hot water.

Imagine the wave of relaxation flows down into the muscles of your neck and shoulders.

Feel the muscles letting go,

As if a weight is being lifted off your shoulders,

And you can feel calmer now.

And feel soothing relaxation moving down your back and spine,

Like a golden light of unconditional love flowing down,

Down,

And down,

Into the lower part of your back.

In your own way,

Just feel your body drifting,

Floating deeper,

Down into total relaxation,

Just allowing the muscles to let go as you relax deeper and deeper in your own pace,

In your own way.

Like a tree naturally letting go of the leaves in autumn,

So that the winter can do its work,

And when spring comes,

The fresh and green leaves can blossom.

Just like your unconscious mind knows how to relax and sleep deeply,

Your body is healing while you sleep.

It's good to know that your body can heal now.

Maybe the muscles in your arms can relax more and more now,

From your shoulders down through your elbows to your wrists,

Down and down to your fingertips.

And become aware of your fingertips now.

They may be tingling because the energy inside you is circulating,

Relaxing you,

Calming you,

And some people feel as they can barely lift their arms,

As they feel so relaxed,

And all the time,

You're just breathing slowly and deeply,

Calmly and fully.

Allowing a wave of relaxation to flow down through your chest into your tummy,

Relaxing all of the muscles in your stomach.

As though with every breath you take,

You can just allow yourself to drift in your own way,

Allowing yourself to drift,

Feeling good.

And letting the wave of relaxation flow down through your hips,

Down through your thighs and knees,

Like a golden light of unconditional love flowing down,

Down,

And down,

Right the way down to the tips of your toes.

Maybe you even notice that parts of your body are feeling very comfortable as you continue drifting deeper and deeper into calmness,

Freedom and ease.

Some parts of your body may feel heavy,

Some may feel light,

You may even lose awareness of some parts of your body.

Whatever you're feeling right now is exactly as it should be.

I wonder now if you can imagine a beautiful staircase with ten steps that leads down into a beautiful,

Peaceful place in nature.

This can be somewhere you've been in your life and felt good,

Or somewhere simply created by your imagination now.

Any place is perfectly fine.

Just imagine somewhere that you can feel safe now.

And as I count from ten down to one,

Imagine gently and slowly and safely loading down the beautiful staircase into this special,

Beautiful place in nature.

And as you take each step down,

Feel your body relax more and more.

Ten.

Relaxing more and more.

Nine.

Going down the stairs.

Eight.

Down and down.

Seven.

Four and more comfortable.

Six.

Drifting down and down.

To five.

Deeper and deeper.

Four.

All the time getting closer and closer to that beautiful place in nature.

Three.

Two.

One.

Deeper and deeper relaxed in your own pace.

Just the way your unconscious mind knows how to relax.

To replenish and repair while you sleep.

Imagine softly stepping off the staircase and into the special place in nature.

Maybe you see yourself there or feel yourself there breathing in clean,

Fresh air.

And imagine that this is the most peaceful place in the world for you.

Just spend a few moments in silence there now,

Enjoying that special place.

When you hear my voice again in a few moments,

You may feel even more deeply relaxed than you are now.

Imagine that you find the place where you can lay down now.

And I wonder if you can imagine now as you look up to the sky that there is a golden white light starting to shine gently and lovingly upon you.

Like that golden light is communicating with you,

Communicating with the cells in your body,

Communicating with your DNA,

Communicating with the blueprint for perfect,

Deep,

Restful sleep.

Filling your body and mind with calmness and tranquility.

Feeling safe and secure inside and out.

Because you are safe.

To enjoy these positive feelings,

Keep them with you as you drift safely,

Naturally into sleep now.

After a while now,

I will serve you some very positive,

Empowering and reassuring words.

You may consciously hear them if you are not sleeping deeply.

Your subconscious mind will hear every word.

Simply embrace and reinforce the positive words.

Only the words which are for your higher good will be compounded in your sleep,

Reinforced in your sleep.

When you wake up tomorrow,

You will feel refreshed and energized and just really aware that you are feeling good.

You are always finding new things to appreciate in your life.

You are present here and now.

You are worthy of love,

Kindness and respect.

You choose to be happy.

You are grateful for the sense of well-being that fills your consciousness every day.

With free will,

You can choose.

You choose to do the things that make you happy.

Your self-talk is empowering.

You are gentle and loving with yourself.

You will wake up tomorrow feeling refreshed and ready for a really awesome day.

When you enter a room,

You spread good vibes.

You are a loving soul and a human body.

You chose to be on Mother Earth at this time of history to make a positive difference in this world.

You are a part of something much bigger than yourself.

You choose to show up in your life and honor the opportunity that you have been given.

You are allowing abundance to flow freely through you.

All that you seek,

Seeks you.

All that you seek is already within you.

You are flowing easily with new experiences.

You are aligned with your inner power.

You are an important part of the universe.

You are an important part of this planet.

You are important to humanity.

You are at home in your body.

All is well.

You are honoring yourself.

Therefore you do more of what gives you joy.

This is your life with free will you can choose.

You are attracting love,

Tolerance and acceptance into your life now.

You are a beam of love and joy.

You are feeling glorious.

You are a masterpiece.

How you react to life is your choice.

You always have a choice.

Everything that you experience is part of your learning process.

You are a soul having a physical experience for a little while.

You are here to learn,

Grow and remember that you are part of something much bigger than yourself.

You choose to honor that truth by living that truth.

You are the master of your reality.

In gratitude and in love you walk this path.

Life supports you in every possible way.

Every day you are sown the seeds of your future.

You are shining your beautiful light.

Where focus goes,

Energy flows.

You are abundant right now.

You deserve love and it circulates in abundance all around you.

The more accepting you are of change,

Change is a natural aspect of life.
