
Cleansing Meditation

In this recording, Kehla will essentially be guiding you into a deep state of relaxation through visualization. Kehla will then speak to your subconscious mind to shift you into releasing what no longer serves you so that you can be clear, confident, and direct with your intentions and actions in life.

Sit back,
Relax,
And just close your eyes.
In a very few moments,
You're going to be more relaxed than you've ever known yourself to be.
I'm going to mention certain parts of your body,
And as I do,
I want you to just feel that part begin to relax.
Just feel that part just begin to relax.
In order to help you relax,
I want you to imagine yourself in a wonderfully magical forest.
It's almost nighttime,
And the sky is a beautiful indigo blue.
The stars are coming out,
And the moon is lighting up the rich forest trees.
Off in the distance,
You hear the hypnotic sounds of a bubbling brook,
And the crickets seem to be lulling you to sleep.
And as you lie motionless,
You begin noticing a wonderfully white light just above your head.
This white light is the most relaxing light you could imagine,
And as it begins to lower around the crown of your head,
You seem to be touched with a desire and willingness to relax deeper and deeper with every breath you take.
Continuing to lower now,
It begins to touch the forehead,
And as it does,
I want you to feel all the little frown lines and all the little worry lines in the forehead just seem to disappear.
The forehead smooths out,
Feels so relaxed,
And you feel this relaxing light coming around the eyes,
And now the eyelids seem to become very,
Very heavy.
So heavy,
They don't even seem to want to open.
They may flutter a little bit,
But that's okay.
Just feel how heavy they are,
And as the relaxation comes down around the facial muscles now,
All the little muscles in the facial area just begin to relax.
Relaxation comes further down around the mouth now,
And all the hundreds of little muscles around the mouth just start to relax,
So much so that the lower jawbone becomes heavy and the teeth part.
The mouth may even open up a little bit with relaxation as you continue deeper and deeper relaxed.
Feel this relaxation now around the lower jawbone and behind the ears,
So that all the little nerve endings behind the ears just seem to relax as you continue deeper,
Deeper,
And even deeper.
The relaxation goes to the back of the neck now,
Down around the shoulders.
So much tension seems to go to our shoulders,
But now you feel the shoulders just begin to relax.
You can even feel them drop a little.
The relaxation seems to go to the backbone now,
And as it goes down the spinal column,
It seems to go out to the sides so that every muscle,
Every nerve,
And every fibre in the back just seems to relax.
The relaxation seems to come now to the small of the back and around the bottom.
This warm sense of relaxation comes to the back of the thigh now and into the hollow of the knee,
Around the calf of the leg,
Around the heel to the bottom of the foot,
And each and every toe just relaxes even more and more as you go deeper,
Deeper.
And even deeper.
Calm,
Very peaceful,
Very relaxed.
And now,
If necessary,
Allow yourself to shift your body however you need in order to become even more comfortable and become even more and more relaxed.
We are going to proceed to relax the rest of you now.
Starting with the throat muscles,
Feel the throat muscles just start to relax.
The relaxation comes down the fronts of the shoulders,
Down the upper arm,
Over the elbow,
Down the forearm,
To the hand,
And each and every finger just relaxes more and more and more as you go deeper,
Deeper,
And deeper relaxed.
Just relaxing,
Doing so very,
Very well now as you continue to relax,
Feel the relaxation now coming back to the throat muscles,
Down into the chest,
And all the muscles and organs within the chest now just begin to relax.
This relaxation continues down to the stomach area and all the muscles and organs within the stomach just seem to relax.
This warm sensation of relaxation goes down into the thighs,
Over the knees,
Down the shin bone,
Across the instep of the foot,
And into the foot itself.
And each and every toe just relaxes more and more as you go deeper and deeper,
Relaxed deeper,
And you continue deeper and even deeper calm,
Very,
Very relaxed.
And as you walk through this forest,
Just ahead of you,
You see a staircase leading down into a very safe valley of deep,
Deep relaxation.
You begin to go down these stairs now with every step taking you deeper and deeper.
Ten,
Feeling your body relax a little more than before.
Nine,
Just feeling the tension leaving your body now.
Eight,
Your breathing is slow and relaxed.
Seven,
Too heavy to even move.
Six,
Feeling very calm.
Five,
Feeling very,
Very peaceful.
Four,
Almost there now.
Three,
Feeling more relaxed than you've ever been before.
Two,
Relaxed to even move.
One more and we're almost there.
And in the next step,
You're going to enter a deep,
Deep state of hypnosis that will allow you to accept suggestions that will help you improve your life in limitless ways.
Zero.
So I'm just going to do a little test audio so that I can hear what my voice sounds like as I walk you through this beautiful valley on the way to a beautiful waterfall.
Now in this beautiful valley,
You feel the earth beneath your feet.
And as you look around,
You see this vast and lush green field surrounded by trees on the outskirts.
This field is full of beautiful flowers,
All different colors.
You see beautiful shades of purple,
White,
Orange,
Yellow.
All of these colors just glistening in the sun,
Feeling that sun on your face,
Feeling the warmth and the safety of being in this valley.
As you stand here,
You begin to walk as you see in the far distance on the other side,
There's a beautiful waterfall.
And as you walk through this valley,
You extend your arms outwards and just feel your arms and your hands running through the grass,
Noticing how the earth feels on your feet,
Feeling much more grounded.
And the more you walk through this field with your arms out and your chest and heart open,
You begin to notice,
Releasing all the worries,
All the concerns that have come up for you.
Just feeling that wash away the more you walk through this valley.
Every step you take,
You feel more peaceful,
More grounded,
More connected to yourself and nature.
Just feeling wholesome and reassured.
As you get closer to the waterfall,
You begin to hear the crashing of the waterfall into the top of the cliff.
You can just observe around this very peaceful pool that the water is falling into.
You realize that this is a very special waterfall,
One that will continue to cleanse you and release you from any doubts or fears,
Uncertainty that you may be feeling now.
I want you to take the next few moments to just walk into the pool of water,
Feeling that it's the perfect temperature,
Feeling refreshed the deeper and deeper you go.
Begin to wade in the pool,
Feeling the cleansing sensation of the water healing you,
The water washing away any negative thoughts,
Any negative emotions,
Any concerns.
Simply washing away,
Floating away down through this pool of water.
Begin to wade in the pool towards the waterfall,
Knowing that this is your last step to fully cleansing yourself into being this clear vessel of purely your desires and simple inner knowing that you have everything that you need to achieve what it is that you want.
So as you go towards this waterfall,
You begin to feel the water splashing over your head and crashing over your body.
You deeply relax and calm,
Gentle water falling on you,
Clearing away any concerns,
Clearing your mind,
Cleansing your body and your soul.
Just allow yourself to feel this gift of freedom that you're receiving now.
Let that water wash over you.
Release any emotions,
Release any happiness.
It's all washing away now.
Just take a few moments,
Take a few deep breaths and notice how full some you feel,
How full of love and complete and harmony you are with yourself.
And then you take a few more deep breaths here.
When you're ready,
You're going to step away from the waterfall,
Feeling like a whole new person.
Really having that sense of knowing deep within you that everything's going to be okay.
Whoever you are now floating in this pool of water,
Looking around you in the beautiful valley in the distance,
You're exactly where you're meant to be and you've never felt more reassured and confident in your life.
As you wade through the pool and walk gently towards the shore,
Every step you take,
Just feel more and more certain,
More and more grounded in yourself.
And when you get to the side of the shore,
You step out,
Feeling that warm sun,
Feeling that warm breeze and I want you to look through the valley now and begin walking through the valley,
Remembering all the moments in life where you succeeded and you thrived.
Every step you take,
Remembering a moment in time where you were proud,
A moment in time where you achieved a victory,
A moment in time where you forgave yourself,
A moment in time when you decided right now that you are completely unstoppable and unleashed to the place that you love and the more and more you walk in this valley towards the stairwell that you came down,
The more deeply embodied you feel this truth within you.
And before we leave this valley,
I just want you to take a look around and remember that you can always come back here.
Breathe in,
Deep breaths,
Grounding yourself now.
In a few moments,
I'm going to count from one to five and as I do,
I'm going to come 20% of the way back into the room and feel 20% every time I'm more and more connected with yourself knowing what a fierce human being that you are.
One,
Bringing your awareness back into the room now.
Two,
Bringing that awareness to your body.
Three,
Feeling the energy in your body beginning to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Four,
Giving yourself a big stretch.
And five,
Fully wide awake,
Wide aware,
Back into the room,
Feeling more fierce than you've ever felt in your life before.
