Allow yourself to just relax now.

Wherever you are is perfect.

Just allow yourself to get comfortable.

Whether you're sitting up or laying down.

Just notice your breathing now.

And as you inhale and exhale,

The tension leaves your body.

And as you inhale,

You feel heavier,

More relaxed.

Just feel the tension melting away from your shoulders.

Feel your forehead relax,

Your jaw.

Sink deeper and deeper into wherever it is you're laying down or sitting up.

And as you're breathing and becoming more and more relaxed,

You find yourself standing in a forest.

This is a beautiful,

Magical forest.

Just walking through and noticing the sound and how peaceful it is.

And the more you walk,

The more relaxed you feel.

And you come to an opening in the forest.

And you begin to notice the ocean is nearby.

It's very close.

And you see a stairwell leading down to the beach.

You walk up to the stairwell.

And you see that these stairs lead down onto a very beautiful beach where you can hear the waves crashing.

And you feel the sun warm against your skin.

And a light breeze comes by as you feel the urge to walk down the stairs now.

And every step you take,

You become more and more relaxed.

Feeling the steps under your toes.

Beginning to smell that ocean breeze.

Becoming very,

Very relaxed now.

Noticing how slow your breathing is.

Feeling very comfortable,

Very relaxed.

Very peaceful now.

Feeling calm.

Begin to see the beach and all the beautiful views.

Very,

Very heavy and very,

Very relaxed.

And in the next number,

You're going to step onto this beach and be the most relaxed you've ever felt.

So as you step onto this beach,

You feel like you're in a magical land.

The ocean is absolutely beautiful.

The waves coming and going from the shore.

You just noticed how clear your mind is and how calm you feel.

And as you look over the beach,

You find your future self in the distance.

And when you see them,

You lock eyes and you're absolutely thrilled to see each other now.

And as you begin walking towards this future self,

You can feel the utmost happiness,

Confidence,

And reassurance coursing through your body with every step you take.

Because you know that you're going to receive a very important message from your future self.

And as you walk closer and closer,

And the distance between you gets smaller and smaller,

When you see your future self,

Nearly in arms reach away now,

You can see the happiness and the pride that your future self has on their face.

And this gives you a deep sense of confidence and feeling grounded in the moment.

And as you become present with yourself,

Ask your future self,

What is it that I need to know?

What message do you have for me now?

And as you feel yourself opening up to receive,

Allow yourself to hear a message,

To see a symbol.

You open your hands in front of your future self and they give you a gift.

And when you receive this message in whatever form it may come to you,

You feel whole and complete knowing that this is exactly what you needed to know.

You feel a sense of calmness,

Patience,

Deep sense of gratitude and appreciation.

And as you look at your future self,

You merge together with your future self now,

Knowing that you are one.

You always have been and you always will be.

It is you that gives yourself the messages that you need to know.

And as you stand there on this beach now,

Feeling calm and relaxed and just absorbing the learnings and the message and the gifts that you just received from your future self,

You just allow yourself to feel whatever it is you need to feel now.

Just allow yourself to breathe.

Hear the ocean waves,

Feel the breeze on your face,

Feel your toes in the sand.

Notice how perfect the weather is,

How warm and comfortable you are.

And as you begin to breathe,

You feel that it's time to come back up the stairs,

Bringing with you this beautiful message,

Feeling empowered,

Feeling clear and motivated for what you need to do next.

And as you walk toward these stairs now,

Feel the calmness and the reassurance that you need and allow yourself to just deeply absorb everything that you need to know.

And as I count you back up these stairs now,

You're going to come 20% of the way back into the room with every step that you take.

Five,

Start to notice the room that you're in now.

Notice your breathing,

Feel your body.

Four,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Start to feel the energy coursing within you.

Three,

Start to notice how rejuvenated and energized you feel.

Coming back into the room now.

Two,

Almost fully awake,

Feel your eyelids getting lighter.

And one,

Open your eyes,

You feel energized,

You feel refreshed,

And you feel absolutely incredible.

Really incredible.
