This guided meditation is simply to help you visualize and focus on what it is you want to bring into your life from a place of relaxation, intention, creation and abundance. When we are able to visualize what it is that we want, then we able to embody the energy to create and take action to manifest our visions into physical reality.

Allow yourself to get comfortable.

And as you sit or lay still,

I want you to close your eyes and just feel your breath.

Breathe in to the depths of your belly.

Exhale with a sigh letting go of any distractions that you may be holding onto.

Inhale again.

And exhale any tensions that you feel in your shoulders,

In your face,

In your jaw.

You're melting away.

Feel your hands relax.

Feel yourself melt into relaxation and relief.

Exhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth letting go of any tension that you feel.

And as you begin to feel more relaxed and calm and grounded,

You feel a sense of clarity to focus on what you want to visualize.

What is it that you're visualizing?

What do you want to bring into your life?

Allow yourself to play in that vision.

Focus on the end goal of that vision.

Let go of the how or the should or the woulds,

The coulds,

The I can'ts and just focus on the end goal.

How does this visualization make you feel?

What do you feel in your body knowing that this is coming to you?

This is your inevitable success waiting for you to believe no matter what that this is real.

What do you see in your visualization?

What can you smell?

Where are you?

Who is with you?

What can you taste in this visualization?

Allow yourself to have the full blown experience of all your senses with whatever it is that you're seeing,

Feeling,

Touching,

Hearing in this visualization.

Relax and let go.

Feel the gap closing and you getting closer to your goals.

Allow yourself to be excited and honored that these desires that you have are yours.

You deserve whatever it is you visualize for your life.

Keep exploring what comes to you.

What actions do you feel inclined to take?

What people can you share this with?

Breathe in and exhale.

That tension just keeps leaving your body and you become a space to receive what it is you need to know,

What it is you need to do to be aligned with your visualization.

Keep focusing on the end goal and nothing else matters.

I want you to spend the next few minutes sitting tranquilly,

Visualizing what it is that you want.

Keep paying attention to the senses and creating a full experience of what you're welcoming into your life.

Spend these next few minutes enjoying your imagination,

Knowing that you have the power and the blessing to create whatever it is that you want in your life.
