In this recording Kehla will essentially be guiding you into a deep state of relaxation through visualization. Kehla will then speak to your subconscious mind to shift you into a more desirable state of being more motivated towards whatever it is that you desire. You will be left empowered to let go of old limiting beliefs that have been hardwired into your mind unconsciously.

Sit back,

Relax,

And just close your eyes.

In a very few moments,

You're going to be more relaxed than you've ever known yourself to be.

I'm going to mention certain parts of your body,

And as I do,

I want you to just feel that part begin to relax.

Just feel that part just begin to relax.

In order to help you relax,

I want you to imagine yourself in a wonderfully magical forest.

It's almost nighttime,

And the sky is a beautiful indigo blue.

The stars are coming out,

And the moon is lighting up the rich forest trees.

Off in the distance,

You hear the hypnotic sounds of a bubbling brook,

And the crickets seem to be lulling you to sleep.

And as you lie motionless,

You begin noticing a wonderfully white light just above your head.

This white light is the most relaxing light you could imagine,

And as it begins to lower around the crown of your head,

You seem to be touched with a desire and willingness to relax deeper and deeper with every breath you take.

Continuing to lower now,

It begins to touch the forehead,

And as it does,

I want you to feel all the little frown lines and all the little worry lines in the forehead just seem to disappear.

The forehead smooths out,

Feels so relaxed,

And you feel this relaxing light coming around the eyes,

And now the eyelids seem to become very,

Very heavy.

So heavy,

They don't even seem to want to open.

They may flutter a little bit,

But that's okay.

Just feel how heavy they are,

And as the relaxation comes down around the facial muscles now,

All the little muscles in the facial area just begin to relax.

Relaxation comes further down around the mouth now,

And all the hundreds of little muscles around the mouth just start to relax,

So much so that the lower jawbone becomes heavy and the teeth part.

The mouth may even open up a little bit with relaxation as you continue deeper and deeper relaxed.

Feel this relaxation now around the lower jawbone and behind the ears,

So that all the little nerve endings behind the ears just seem to relax as you continue deeper,

Deeper,

And even deeper.

The relaxation goes to the back of the neck now,

Down around the shoulders.

So much tension seems to go to our shoulders,

But now you feel the shoulders just begin to relax.

You can even feel them drop a little.

The relaxation seems to go to the backbone now,

And as it goes down the spinal column,

It seems to go out to the sides so that every muscle,

Every nerve,

And every fibre in the back just seems to relax.

The relaxation seems to come now to the small of the back and around the bottom.

This warm sense of relaxation comes to the back of the thigh now and into the hollow of the knee,

Around the calf of the leg,

Around the heel to the bottom of the foot,

And each and every toe just relaxes even more and more as you go deeper,

Deeper.

And even deeper.

Calm,

Very peaceful,

Very relaxed.

And now,

If necessary,

Allow yourself to shift your body however you need in order to become even more comfortable and become even more and more relaxed.

We are going to proceed to relax the rest of you now.

Starting with the throat muscles,

Feel the throat muscles just start to relax.

The relaxation comes down the front of the shoulders,

Down the upper arm,

Over the elbow,

Down the forearm,

To the hand,

And each and every finger just relaxes more and more and more as you go deeper,

Deeper,

And deeper relaxed.

Just relaxing,

Doing so very,

Very well now as you continue to relax,

Feel the relaxation now coming back to the throat muscles,

Down into the chest,

And all the muscles and organs within the chest now just begin to relax.

This relaxation continues down to the stomach area and all the muscles and organs within the stomach just seem to relax.

This warm sensation of relaxation goes down into the thighs,

Over the knees,

Down the shin bone,

Across the instep of the foot,

And into the foot itself.

And each and every toe just relaxes more and more as you go deeper and deeper,

Relaxed deeper,

And you continue deeper and even deeper calm,

Very,

Very relaxed.

And as you walk through this forest,

Just ahead of you,

You see a staircase leading down into a very safe valley of deep,

Deep relaxation.

You begin to go down these stairs now with every step taking you deeper and deeper.

Ten,

Feeling your body relax a little more than before.

Nine,

Just feeling the tension leaving your body now.

Eight,

Your breathing is slow and relaxed.

Seven,

Too heavy to even move.

Six,

Feeling very calm.

Five,

Feeling very,

Very peaceful.

Four,

Almost there now.

Three,

Feeling more relaxed than you've ever been before.

Two,

Relaxed to even move.

One more and we're almost there.

And in the next step,

You're going to enter a deep,

Deep state of hypnosis that will allow you to accept suggestions that will help you improve your life in limitless ways.

Zero.

As you step down into this beautiful valley,

What you see in front of you is this lush green grass.

And near up in the distance,

You see a giant screen,

Projector screen in front of you.

And perfectly in front lies a little blanket for you to sit on.

And as you sit on this blanket and get comfortable,

You look up at the screen simply to notice that this is the space where you get to bring your imagination.

I want you to imagine now something that is dearly important to you,

That you wish to have motivation about.

See yourself up on the screen,

Doing what it is that you wish to do,

Allowing it to play out in front of you in the most perfect way possible.

And as you visualize and see yourself up on the screen,

Achieving what it is that you want,

You look down for a moment and you notice a special remote control in front of you.

From this remote control,

There's a few different dials that allow you to change and control how you experience the visualization that you're seeing up on the screen.

You take these controls into your hand and look up at the screen.

And as you watch this situation play out in front of you,

You begin to play with the dials in your hands and you start to notice that you can bring the picture more into focus,

Amplify the colors,

Change the sounds,

Really amplify and bring to life what inspires you the most about this experience.

Do you notice that bringing more color into the image motivates you?

Do you notice making it more clear,

Zooming up close,

Pushing it farther away?

Notice that you controlling this imagination that you have about what it is that you want is right at your fingertips.

And the more you play with the dials,

The more you feel connected to this visualization as you see it coming to life in front of you.

Feel the excitement rising in your chest.

Feel the tingly sensations in your body of this already being done.

Feel that strong desire within your heart and the smile begin to spread across your face knowing that you are in full control of this experience.

And as you play with the dials and begin to perfect this visualization in front of you of what you wish to be motivated about,

I want you to stand up and walk towards the screen,

Noticing it getting bigger,

Noticing that it feels more real with every single step you take,

Every breath you take.

You're breathing life into this visualization,

Feeling deeply connected,

Feeling the strong desire pulling you towards it.

And in a moment you have this sudden urge to jump into the picture and fully embody,

Fully connect with this visualization,

Feeling fully motivated,

Confident,

Determined,

Ambitious and ready to take action to bring this visualization to life.

Now look around as you stand inside of this visualization,

No longer watching it on a screen but fully experiencing it in your life.

Notice how you feel,

Notice the excitement,

Notice the happiness,

The joy.

Really embody this now,

Feel it to your core,

Feel it soak it up into every single cell in your body.

Allow that tingling sensation on your skin,

The excitement in your heart.

Really feel this to your core,

Embrace it with your soul.

Notice how much more motivated you feel knowing that you are in full control of this experience.

Really allow yourself to bathe in the fact that you are manifesting what it is that you want with ease,

Passion.

And as you embody this you walk around through the valley feeling like a transformed human being.

Ready to take action,

Ready to make the next move,

Knowing with full confidence what it is you are to do next,

Fully trusting that whatever actions come to you,

Any ideas are the perfect actions to take and you know the perfect timing of when to do them.

In a few moments I'm going to count from one to five and as you return back to the staircase leading out of this valley with every step you take you're going to come 20% of the way back into the room back to full awareness,

Wide awake,

Ready and motivated to take action in your life.

One starting to bring your awareness back into the room now.

Two noticing the energy in your body.

Three beginning to wiggle your fingers and your toes noticing the more that you wiggle them the more motivated that you feel.

Four feeling this excitement in your chest,

This deep pulling towards your desires in life.

And five you are wide awake,

Fully ready and motivated to take action with a smile on your face knowing that what it is that you want is already done,

It's yours and in your full control of receiving it.

very good just a suggestion maybe instead of “I want you to…” just say “relax your…” or “your forehead is relaxed” and there’s an audio background sound that’s in and out and overall a really good body scan ❤️
