Good evening,
Beautiful.
Thank you so much for being here with me tonight.
Close your eyes and nestle yourself into your covers.
Let your body soften as you feel the mattress beneath you.
Let your shoulders fall,
Your hands rest,
And your belly release.
Begin to breathe in a quiet rhythm,
Slowly and gently,
Until each inhale and exhale becomes its own lullaby.
Let yourself be still now,
Ready to be carried away.
Imagine now a cobblestone platform beneath your feet,
Dim lanterns glowing overhead,
And the soft hush of evening settling across the train station.
You stand at the edge of the tracks,
Just waiting peacefully for something you can already feel approaching.
A distant hum arrives first,
Then a shimmering sound like bells mixed with wind,
And then rolling out of the mist comes a train,
Unlike anything you've ever seen.
It's windows glow with warm golden light,
Its body shimmers like stardust,
And its engine purrs like a whisper through a dream.
The doors open with a soft sigh,
And something in you knows this train is here for you,
So you step inside.
The seats are velvet soft and curved to fit you perfectly,
A blanket waits for you,
Fluffy,
Light,
And warm,
And as you sit,
The gentle sway of the train begins to rock you into rest.
Outside your window,
The night rolls by in slow waves of beauty,
Fields of glowing flowers,
Mountains dusted in moonlight,
And trees with lanterns strung like stars.
You pass through enchanted forests,
Where fireflies dance in spirals,
And rivers gleam like melted silver.
As the train clicks gently along the tracks,
You notice something lovely.
Every car of this train holds a different energy.
You are in the car of comfort,
And as you breathe,
You feel any tightness in your body melt away,
And you can see into the car of calm,
And suddenly your thoughts grow softer and quieter,
Like clouds dissolving in the sky.
Then comes the car of memory,
And beautiful moments from your life flow in like soft visions,
Laughter,
Kindness,
And love.
You don't hold on,
You simply notice,
And let them pass by like the scenery outside the window.
The train keeps moving,
Carrying you deeper into peace.
You stretch your legs,
Recline in your seat,
As a gentle voice,
Just like the wind,
Whispers,
You are loved,
You can let go,
So you do.
You let go of the worry,
You let go of the pressure,
You let go of all the doing,
And simply ride this magical night train into the land of dreams.
Now you're in the car of sleep,
And in this space,
Everything is hushed,
The light is dim,
The temperature is perfect,
And soft lullabies begin to play,
Like a music box from your childhood,
Spinning quietly in the distance.
This is your stop,
To drift into rest,
As your train hums along,
Feel your breath slow,
Your eyelids heavier and heavier,
And your whole being melt into the cushion of peace around you.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
