Breathe In, Let Go: A Sleep Meditation For Peace
Close your eyes and take a long, deep breath in. Let the air fill your lungs fully. And as you exhale, release the weight of the day. Feel your body soften, your mind begin to quiet. Breathe in slowly, and let go…with each inhale, you invite in calm. With each exhale, you release what no longer serves you. Feel the gentle rhythm of your breath. There is nothing you need to do except follow it. In and out, slow and steady.
