A meditation to connect with the divine substance and create the reality you desire.
Find yourself in a comfortable space.
You can be seated or lying down.
You can start to close the eyes or have a light gaze towards the ground,
Allowing the body to soften.
Noticing the breath as it ebbs and flows.
Be aware of the thoughts that are circulating in the mind and without judgment let them go.
Continue to keep awareness on the breath.
And if it feels comfortable place the hands on the heart,
Connecting with your source.
With each breath,
Inhale and feel every cell in your body.
With every exhale allow the body to soften.
Inhale,
Becoming more present in the here and now.
Exhale,
Letting everything go.
Feel the heart beating.
Allow the senses to witness all that is happening in this moment.
Perhaps you feel a tightness in certain areas.
Relaxation in others.
There may be different sounds,
Sights,
Smells occurring around you.
Allow them all to be.
Your awareness will continue to go from place to place.
That's not a problem.
Our intention for this meditation is to become aware of everything that is occurring here and now,
The forms and the formlessness.
Connecting to the divine substance that is in all things,
Seen and unseen.
The divine substance that is what is creating you.
It's created what you sit on,
What you lay on.
It is created any visuals or forms around you,
Any sounds,
Any smells.
It is your thoughts.
It is your emotions.
It is what has happened in the past,
What will happen in the future.
Divine substance is all around you.
There is nothing that is not divine substance.
You are divine substance.
You are the essence,
Consciousness,
Your God.
As you continue to breathe into the heart,
Feel the part of you that is divine.
Breathe into the part of you that is in all other forms in this life,
In everything created or that will be created,
In the omnipresence.
Feel the spaciousness within.
Feel the power that you hold to recognize this divine substance that is in you and in all others.
The power that you hold to mold this substance into your greatest creations.
Allow yourself to imagine your greatest desires.
Allow the heart to show you what it is that is calling you forth now.
As you breathe into the part of yourself that is without fear,
Your higher self,
The part of you that loves life,
That has infinite supply and can create all she has ever wanted.
See what she is calling you towards.
What is the life of your greatest desires now?
Allow the senses to impermeate divine substance and create the picture for you now.
See it through your own eyes,
Like you were driving a car.
That view of the road ahead of you,
See the scene that clearly through your eyes.
Look down,
What are you wearing in this scene of your ultimate desires?
Look around,
Who is with you experiencing this?
How do they react to this scene of you living into your ultimate desires?
What do they say to you to affirm what it is you want is here?
Now feel the relief and joy and excitement of this scene.
How do you feel now that this desire has come to be?
Where do you feel it in your body?
Let that emotion expand as you breathe into it.
Immerse yourself into this scene even deeper so.
Feeling the high emotions,
Allowing the body to get turned on,
Excited.
Allowing it to relax into this very near future.
Feel the touch of a friend or partner that is in this scene with you.
Feel their skin against your skin and embrace a high vibe,
Some type of sensual experience.
Perhaps you see more visuals of this reality that is awaiting you.
Allow yourself to completely bliss out in it,
Knowing that it is already done.
These images are coming from God,
From a higher source,
From your higher self who is already there living this life.
And with each breath you are increasing your frequency.
With each exhale you're letting go of the past.
You are rising up to this higher level of living.
What do you know now that this is your reality?
How have your beliefs shifted?
Was this easy for you?
What is possible now?
How do you act now that this is your truth?
How do you dress?
How do you speak?
When problems arise,
How do you respond?
Now that this is your truth.
How will your day be different knowing that this is your reality?
Allow the emotions of relief,
Joy,
Bliss to continue to expand.
Give gratitude for what you know is true and continue to impress this desire into divine substance.
Feel divine substance forming around this visualization,
Feel it coming to be.
Just as you have imagined so many other things that you now experience,
This will be so.
Give yourself time to bathe in this experience for as long as feels good.
And when you are ready,
You can open your eyes and continue into the day filled with gratitude knowing divine substance is at work creating all that you wish to be or something even better.
