This meditation is focused on the root chakra. We start here because this is the foundation. This is the place where we hold our worthiness, Our ability to attract in abundance or financial stability. We hold in here our places of instinct, Our security, And our ability to trust in Mother Earth and feel grounded even when things are uncertain in life. For this meditation I invite you to just get comfortable whether you're sitting or lying down. Give yourself the time and space to be here and now and trust that your intention alone will allow an unblockage to happen. So once you're comfortable, Allow the eyes to close or have a light gaze on the floor. Start to focus on the breath without needing to change it. Just feel its ebb and flow as it goes in and out. Any sounds, Shades, Or lights that are present, Let that be part of the meditation. As you continue to breathe, Let the breath fill up the belly. Breathe in deep, Let the lungs fill, And as you exhale, Let the body soften. Take another deep breath in, Filling up the belly, Letting the chest expand, Pausing at the top, And then as you exhale, Let the mind soften. And continue with a nice normal breath. Feel the weight that holds you where you're supported. Allow yourself to soften into Mother Earth. Bring your awareness down to the very end of the spine. This is where the root chakra, The mudra, The hara lives. Bring all your focus and awareness to this place within the body. Start to imagine a pot in red, The color of the earth, Filling this root chakra. Feel the energy of this color. As you continue to breathe into the root, Start to affirm these words. I am safe. I am grounded. I belong here and now. I am worthy. I release any mistrust, Any insecurity, Any childhood pains that still live with me. I release them to the earth. I let them go. I breathe in abundance, Confidence, Self-worth. I release fear, Release not knowing. I release scarcity. And I breathe in empowerment. I breathe in stability. And I breathe in wisdom from my ancestors. I breathe in wisdom from my instincts. I trust the inner knowing. I trust my foundation. As you give your full awareness to the root, Let it take what it needs from this exercise. Let it fill up with vitality, Stability, Confidence, Worthiness, Safety, And abundance. You can stay here as long as you need. And if any fears start to surface or past memories that want to be healed, Breathe them down into the earth where they will be transmuted. And again, Affirm that I am worthy. I am safe. I belong here. I am powerful and I am stable. Well then, Start to dim down this energy, Closing down the chakra just enough, Knowing that all the goodness that you just brought into this root center within the body will be sustained. Let the breath deepen. Feel this new vitality that you have living within the root of the spine. Thank your body, Mind, And spirit for this moment. And continue your day with a new sense of well-being, Stability, Confidence, And abundance. Thank you for joining me.
