Started meditating in 2003 and have been a mindfulness meditation teacher since 2012. After having taught mindfulness in schools, with the mayor in our city as well as CEO and coworker in companies, her focus now is to teach leaders and politicians in how to create healthy habits of minds. The overall intention is to support the best decisions to happen for all of us. Insight Dialogue (www.metta.org) has also been a profound practice since 2011.
