Hello,

And welcome to this short mindfulness meditation that will help you start the day with a decluttered mind so you can fully be present in whatever you have planned for the day.

You accomplish so much each day for others.

Let this be the moment that makes a difference for you.

Not comfortable in the space that you have available for this meditation.

The day is beginning.

Breathe.

Inhaling and exhaling.

A soft and gentle flow within you.

Gently roll your shoulders.

Move your neck side to side.

You are giving your body little signals to yourself that you are ready to give yourself this moment.

Give little signals to yourself that you are ready to give yourself this moment.

Become aware of your breathing.

Consciously begin to slow your breathing,

Deepening your inhalations,

And concentrate on pushing out every bit of air you can as you exhale.

Let your breath go deeper each time.

Slowing your breathing.

Slowing down your nervous system.

This is good.

Enjoy this relaxed and peaceful feeling for a few moments.

Whatever worries you already have,

Let them go.

The worries on your mind,

Let them float by with your breath.

You are needed right here and right now.

What is your plan for the day?

Picture your plan for the day.

See yourself attending to every task completely and with ease.

You are not rushed.

You have your full focus today.

Become aware of how different your body and mind feels and remember this moment when you are feeling tension in other parts of your day.

You can always step back and take a deep breath.

When you are ready,

It is time to be part of the day.

Know that as you do,

Your physical body and mind is now relaxed and revitalized.

You can carry this peaceful feeling with you for the rest of the day as you are committed to your wellbeing.
