As you prepare for sleep,

Allow the day to gently settle around you.

There is nothing you need to fix,

Achieve,

Or figure out tonight.

Your mind and body are allowed to rest.

Your soul is allowed to remember.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in.

And exhale fully.

Letting the weight of the day melt away.

Again,

Inhale.

And exhale.

Long,

Soft,

Effortless breaths.

Bring your awareness inward to the sacred space within you,

Your inner temple.

Feel it glowing softly.

Warm and safe.

Like candlelight or the gentle morning sun.

The space is always with you.

It needs nothing from you,

But your awareness.

Now,

Invite the voice of your intuition,

Your soft,

Wise,

Guiding voice,

To speak gently within this space.

You do not need to understand the words.

You only need to feel their presence,

Their safety,

Their clarity.

Imagine this wisdom flowing through your body.

Softening tension in the shoulders,

The chest,

The jaw,

Opening the heart,

Warming the belly,

Grounding through the pelvis and legs,

And letting this light reach every fingertip and toe.

Silently repeat to yourself,

I am safe to soften.

I am safe to receive.

I am home in my body.

My voice.

And my wisdom.

Imagine all protective armor,

Doubts,

Or hesitations gently melting away.

Not forever.

But for tonight.

You are safe.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are luminous.

Allow this light,

Warmth,

And presence to deepen as you drift towards sleep.

Your nervous system remembers safety.

Your body remembers your sacredness.

Your soul remembers its guidance.

Take a final deep breath in.

And exhale fully.

There is nothing more.

To do tonight.

Rest.

Receive.

Be.
