Welcome to this time of gratitude.
This is a relaxation meditation that will shift your focus into one of gratitude.
The awareness and presence of gratitude does not diminish what is happening in your life right now.
It shifts the focus,
Bringing your mental and physical state into one of more wellness.
Let's start by getting in touch with our breathing.
So blessed to live in a world where the constant flow,
The constant exchange of life is always happening.
Breathing in and exhaling.
Feel your breath move deeper into your body with each breath.
Your shoulders release,
Breathing in,
Exhaling.
Your chest,
Allow it to expand without force and with gentleness,
Let your chest expand sending breath into your belly.
Do you notice any places that are more difficult to breathe through?
As you breathe,
Visualize those places melting,
Dissolving and the air passing through with ease.
Stress can be carried in many places.
The breath dissolves the tension,
Softening now.
Surrender to this moment.
As your body and mind begin to relax and let go,
Find yourself in your heart space.
Allow something in your life that you are grateful for to come forward.
As this space of gratitude moves into your awareness,
Fully feel into what has come forward.
No judgments.
It can be anything.
Disguise are from the mind and thinking space.
Stay with your heart in this meditation and feel.
Be open.
Let your heart space honor this gratitude.
As you fill with gratitude for what has come forward,
Can you feel your heart beating?
Can you feel the flow of love and gratitude circling through you and moving out?
Yes.
Good.
Breathe.
Now bring your heart energy and gratitude to your feet.
Wiggle and gently move your feet.
Your feet that walk,
Run,
Dance.
Thank you.
Bring your awareness to your legs that hold you and carry you.
Thank you.
Put your attention to your belly and your torso.
Breathe.
Pour that love flowing through you into this space.
No matter what words you speak to your belly,
Your belly loves you.
Your body loves you.
It is always moving towards healing.
Bring your awareness to your arms.
Those arms that hold,
Cuddle,
Carry.
Thank you.
Moving to your hands and wrists.
Circle your wrists.
Take your hands.
There are stories imprinted on each line these hands carry.
Stories of life,
Love,
And loss.
Bring your focus into your senses.
Your gratitude into all the experiences your senses make so fulfilling.
The sights,
The smells,
The sounds,
The feelings.
Bring your awareness to your evolution of growth over a lifetime.
That you are still moving forward,
Growing,
Expanding,
Becoming more secure in the flow of abundance,
Love,
Health,
And potential.
There is love and compassion here.
Give thanks for all the supports you have around you in relationships and material things.
Be grateful for everything you have and everything yet to be.
Breathe in this goodness,
This heart space,
This truth of your life.
