Welcome to this guided meditation.

Settle into a comfortable position and gently shift your body to promote your breathing and circulation.

Reach out your limbs and bend them a few times.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and lift your feet and hands up and down.

Roll your shoulders down and away from your head.

Gently close your eyes and begin to take some deep breaths all the way down deep into the belly.

Filling your body with air,

Expanding and releasing the chest and start counting in for four and then hold two and breathe out for six and continue to repeat that sequence and just focus on the breath and the air flowing throughout your body and let's try to leave behind any past regrets or future worries.

Just do your best to place it aside for now.

This is your time to relax and now I'd like you to try to bring your attention to the center of your forehead right between your eyes and see if you can imagine a little door opening into that area and just imagine opening that door and let all the energy that's not serving you right now leave through that door and just imagine it separating from you and take some time to allow that to happen.

And now see if you can imagine a warm yellow light entering through this door into your mind and just take a moment to sit and experience this light and its energy and see if you can draw from it whatever it is that you might need right now.

Maybe it's peace and healing.

Maybe it's comfort and reassurance.

Maybe it's hope.

See if you can just take some time right now to receive that and be fully present to it.
