Welcome to today's session.

Let's settle in for a moment and just thank yourself for taking this time to meditate and soothe your mind.

Allow yourself to sink into stillness and as you sink in,

Let's count backwards from 5.

Now try to draw your attention to the sound of water.

You're sitting on a stone next to a beautiful waterfall in a lush tropical rainforest.

The water is misting onto your face and arms and it feels refreshing.

You sit comfortably,

Just noticing your surroundings.

It's peaceful and calm.

When you decide to step off the rock and then slowly climb into the pool of water,

It's the perfect temperature and you feel the soft movement from the waterfall.

The water seems to glow and sparkle in the sunlight and you notice a faint rainbow in the mist.

You begin to wade over to the waterfall and you place your arm underneath and feel its gentle power on your skin.

Then you place your head underneath and feel the water massage your scalp and your body.

You begin to swim freely around.

It's just you here,

You're free.

You float on your back and just enjoy this moment.

Enjoy the nature around you,

In this peaceful location.

It's just for you right now and whatever you might need from it.

Just allow yourself to receive that.

It's just to give you a break.
