Welcome to today's session.
Settle into a comfortable position.
Just invite yourself to experience stillness in this moment.
Let go of any thoughts about the day and just gently bring your attention to your breath.
If you become distracted,
That's okay.
Just notice it and gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Allow the air to flow in and out of your body.
Expand and release your chest.
Allow the belly to soften and tense up your shoulders.
Just squeeze and then relax and release them.
Maybe do that a few times just to try and release any tension you might be holding there.
See if you can just gently let your jaw hang and let it go.

And now let's build a beautiful scene for you to enjoy.
Imagine you're in a beautiful forest surrounded with trees and leaves rustling in the wind.
And the gentle breeze brushes against your skin and you see the sunlight peeking through the branches.
And you begin to walk down a narrow path through the woods.
You notice soft moss on a tree and so you stop to rest your hand on it and feel its texture and smoothness.
As you walk deeper into the forest,
The world just seems to become further away,
Leaving any obligations behind you for this moment.
You continue walking,
Noticing the sounds of the trees swaying gently in a silence that's calming to your body.
You hear a squirrel run by and the crunching of leaves under your feet.
And you begin to make your way to a clearing and notice a beautiful overlook,
A view of the mountains.
It's crisp and beautiful and you notice there's a soft hammock waiting for you.
It's stretched between two strong trees.
And so you lay down and rest your body in the hammock,
Allowing it to hold your weight,
Floating freely and gently in the fresh,
Beautiful air.
And just allow yourself to close your eyes and rest your mind and soul and invite the stillness and stay for a little while.
It is so serene,
It's ever bright.
