Relax and release tension, and sink into a restful, deep and dreamy sleep. Please do not listen to while driving. Headphones are recommended.

Transcript

Welcome to today's session.

Settle into a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

It's time to wind down from the day.

Allow your body to sink in.

Feel the pillow beneath you and stretch out your legs.

Wiggle your toes.

And start by bringing your attention to your breath.

Just slowly breathing in and out.

Feel your lungs fill with air and fill your whole body.

And see if you can make the breath out twice as long as your breath in.

Really draw it out nice and slow.

And begin to allow any tension to release from your body.

Just slowly release and allow your body to settle into this space.

And now see if you can imagine the stars and the moon in the sky above you.

And just imagine yourself floating in the beautiful night sky.

Everything is still and peaceful.

Allow your mind to flow freely and drift peacefully in space.

You are calm and you feel a warmth inside you that's comforting.

Allow yourself to receive this time to rest.

You are sinking and sinking gradually into a restful,

Healing sleep.

Allow every cell in your body to adjust.

Gently drift comfortably,

Allowing yourself to surrender.

Receive this moment for what it is.

So slowly and gently continue to imagine you're floating.

See if you can allow yourself to drift away.
