So as you get settled and comfortable for this meditation,
Softly repeat,
I surrender and I trust.
This is the language.
These are the words of your third eye.
Your intuition.
As you begin to soften your inhales and exhales,
Gently close your eyes.
We'll simply stay here for a few rounds of breaths.
Just repeating the words,
I surrender and I trust.
The element of your third eye is light.
Let's connect to it by beginning to see and feel yourself surrounded in light.
Whatever color or colors you choose,
But allow this light to be calming,
Healing and nurturing.
Infuse this light with knowledge,
Wisdom,
A trusted guidance.
With each inhale,
Draw this light into your body,
Into your being.
Starting with your feet,
Visualize this light touching your toes,
The soles of your feet,
Your heels and ankles.
See and feel this light gliding up your legs.
Feel this light through your calves,
Knees and thighs.
Breathe this light into your pelvis,
Your hips.
Allow this light to move up within your torso,
Touching every organ,
Filling every cell within you with light.
Feel this light travel up your back,
Into your heart space.
Feel this light lift your chest and melt your shoulders.
Feel this light moving up your neck,
Touching your throat,
Your jaw,
Mouth and cheeks.
Touching your ears and eyes and finally landing upon your third eye.
Focus your awareness onto this point.
Guide your breath into the very center of your forehead.
Feel this light,
This beautiful light pouring into your third eye.
Named Ajna,
Meaning to perceive or command in Sanskrit.
Gently and slowly allow this energy to open for you.
Slowly inhale.
Slowly exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
The next few minutes belong to you,
Your breath and this light.
If your thoughts wander,
Come back to the mantra,
I surrender and I trust.
I will be back in a few minutes.
With your center of intuition,
Imagination and wisdom now opened and aligned for you.
Slowly start to add a bit of movement to your body once again.
This time starting with your face.
Gently moving your neck and your shoulders.
Take a deep breath to fill your chest.
Arch your back.
Give your legs a gentle squeeze.
Move your feet.
Take a few more rounds of deep breaths.
And when you are ready,
Softly open your eyes.
Today,
With your third eye shining bold and bright,
Allow your intuition to be your guide.
Surrender to the moment.
Trust the internal and external signs guiding your way.
And allow the day's events to unfold for you.
