A meditation for creating powerful change in your life, for the moment when you become novaturient - desiring or seeking powerful change in your life, behavior, or situation. This guided meditation will take you through three self-reflective questions to gain clarity upon the change that you seek. I will then guide you through claiming the first step of the change you are creating for yourself. This process is the secret to manifestation. Use it for healing and for personal growth. Welcome to your meditation.

This is Julie Skahn and this meditation is for creating powerful change.

There is a rare and beautiful word that I love.

It is Novatoriant and it is an adjective of Latin origin that describes when we are desiring or seeking powerful change in our lives,

Our behavior,

Our situation.

The moment of becoming Novatoriant,

When change is calling,

Is sometimes surprising and sudden,

When an inner knowing just tells you that it is time to create change for yourself.

Sometimes that feeling grows within us,

Building over time,

Until one day we just know that the moment to accept the invitation to grow and evolve has arrived.

Maybe you have had that feeling in the past,

Perhaps it is something that is building within you,

Or maybe even this moment of realizing a deep desire to create change is arriving right now.

So together let's go into meditation and explore being Novatoriant.

Begin to soften and ease your breathing rhythm,

Filling yourself with fresh air on your inhales,

Exhales,

Feeling your shoulders melt and relax down your back with your exhales.

Allow each breath to welcome you closer to your core self.

Softly close your eyes and take time to draw your breath into each part of your body.

Soothing each space,

Allowing your muscles to relax,

Your thoughts to calm,

And remember that this time is all for you.

In a couple of minutes,

I will be guiding you through a series of self-reflective questions to explore being and feeling Novatoriant,

And also how to use it as your guide.

Let's take a nice long,

Slow,

Deep breath together,

And when you're ready,

Answer the following questions in your mind,

Or feel free to say them out loud.

You will have space between each to explore and to allow the answers to surface to your mind.

What part of your life,

Situation,

Or behavior is currently seeking change?

In this area of your life,

What is your greatest desire?

How will it make you feel when you achieve what you seek?

Now let's put the motion of manifestation into action.

With your eyes still closed,

Begin to visualize yourself when you achieve the change that you desire.

Design the scene for yourself.

Where will you be?

What is around you?

Who are you with?

How will you feel when that moment arrives?

Knowing and seeing and feeling the change that you are creating for yourself,

What is the first step that you are going to take to achieve it?

Visualize this very first step.

See yourself taking it.

Embody what you are feeling in that moment.

Align all of your energy with it and the accomplishment of taking this first step.

And now mark this moment in time by setting an intention,

Making a commitment with yourself to take this very first step.

Let's take another nice,

Deep,

Beautiful breath together and acknowledge that you have just put into motion already the incredible change that you are creating for yourself.

As we slowly start to come out of meditation,

Remember to allow the nature of being Novatoriant to be the catalyst of the change that you seek.

After you take that first step,

Visualize the second.

Make the commitment and take the step.

Then keep going.

The vision that you just created is within you and will materialize as you continue to take the steps of change that are needed to achieve what you desire.

This is the secret of manifestation.

When you hold the vision of what you desire in your mind and you take steps,

As many steps as it takes to achieve it,

Until one day you are there.

I invite you to place your hands over your heart or any part of your body that's calling to you.

Guide your breath into this space.

Say some kind and loving words to yourself and start to invite some movement back into your body.

Give yourself a nice stretch.

Roll your shoulders.

Wiggle your hands and your toes.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes and see today with a fresh,

Inspired lens.

"HOW WILL IT MAKE YOU FEEL WHEN YOU ACHIEVE WHAT YOU SEEK" . . . . . . . That is a great question with a problematic answer. How will you know that you achieved it, if you know what you seek, but not know how it feel. However, I loved this guided meditation.
