Get Clarity In Communication: Throat Chakra Energy Healing

In this relaxing meditation you will open your throat chakra, your center of communication and authentic expression, and experience a mindful practice to receive clarity on anything in life you are seeking direction upon. The element of your throat chakra is space, so I have incorporated visualization amongst the starlight, reminding you that YOU are made of stardust. When your throat chakra is opened, you communicate with ease and authenticity, so please return to this meditation for peace of mind, alignment with your voice, and to gain clarity for communication.

Welcome to meditation. Today you are going to create clarity within your voice, Your center of self-expression and communication. We will be doing this through opening and balancing your throat chakra, Utilizing its element of space. And we will close today with a mindful practice that I love to turn to, To achieve clarity on any important decision or choice that you may have. So let's go in. As you get settled into comfort, Connect to your surroundings and your senses by slowly looking around your space. What are the objects that you notice around you? What are the colors that stand out to you? Are there any sounds that you hear? Is there any scent in the air? What are the sensations that you feel upon and within your body? Taking a nice deep breath and remembering that this time is all for you, Gently close your eyes. Begin to focus your attention on the sounds and the feeling of your inhales and exhales. Try and create an equal rhythm for your breathing. Deep breaths in and deep breaths out. Allow yourself to sink into comfort. Within your mind, Begin to imagine yourself standing at the beginning of a long hallway. At the end is a door, A beautiful door. And what is on the other side is a complete mystery. As you start to walk towards this door, You allow yourself to leave everything before this moment behind you. You take a few steps, One, Two, Three, And you welcome a new sense of calmness. Four, Five, Six. You are at ease. Seven, Eight, Nine. As the door gets closer and closer to you, You feel a spark of curiosity ignite within you. And at ten, As you reach for the door, Slowly open it. You reveal a galaxy of stars before you. As you step into this space, The stars all around you get more clear, More brilliant and bright, More mysterious and magical with each moment. They are each unique in color and radiance in their own way. Within this space, Surrounded by stars, You are invited, Welcomed to be free. To be completely yourself. As you stay here, Breathing, Witnessing the beauty all around you, You are reminded that you, Every element inside of you, The oxygen, The carbon, Calcium, Iron, Was created inside of a star before the earth was even born. You are literally made of stardust. As you continue to allow yourself to float and just be in the midst of the beautiful starlight, Bring your awareness into your throat chakra, The home of your voice. Named Vishuddha in Sanskrit, Which means to purify, Your throat chakra is where your authentic expression and communication power lives. So we're going to open and align your throat chakra energy for the next couple of minutes by slowly breathing in through your nose, Pausing and holding your breath, Exhaling through your mouth, Pausing and holding your breath at the bottom. With each breath you take, Imagine your throat chakra opening, Every exhale releasing any blocks. Continue this rhythm for the next couple of minutes and I will be back. Your throat chakra is now open and balanced for you. So let's utilize this moment to get clarity over any situation or decision that you would like more clarity upon right now. Whatever this is for you, A question, A situation, A new direction, Say what it is out loud or in your mind right now, What it is that you desire more clarity upon. And when you have it, A few questions for you in regards to what you seek clarity on. What is your mind? What are your thoughts currently saying to you? What is your body saying to you? What is your heart saying to you? And finally, Having received the information from your mind, Your body and heart, How are you going to use your voice to communicate with yourself and with others what your new needs are? Remember that your authentic voice, Your unique expression is wanted, Needed and loved. Let's take a few more deep breaths together, Remembering that you and everyone around you is made of stardust. How amazing is that? As you open your eyes softly and gently, Look around the space that you are within in a new way. Notice once again the objects around you, The colors that stand out to you. Connect to the sensations of your body and have a beautiful, Magical day. Thank you for meditating with me.
