Welcome to the Law of Attraction.

This is our intention today.

I invite you to breathe in clarity and breathe out doubt.

Energy flows where attention goes.

What you focus on always expands.

We live in a beautiful vast universe that is based on the laws of circulation,

Receptivity and attraction.

Today we're going to focus on aligning your thoughts and feelings with what you wish to create.

Trust,

Trust that the universe is always listening,

Always saying yes and mirroring you exactly.

Taking a few moments here to pause,

To breathe,

To go inside and focus on your inner world.

We're going to tune ourselves now,

Closing your eyes or gazing ahead,

Let your shoulders melt and come down,

Asking yourself,

What do you wish to create?

Is it more ease?

Maybe it's more freedom or more love or more abundance or greater joy or something else.

Whatever it is you are looking to create and connect to and be and feel and experience in this world,

We must tune in and tune to it first in our inner world,

Inside.

Allow yourself to connect to an aspect of whatever it is you wish to create.

If it's more freedom,

Feeling what would it feel like?

What would it be like to fully feel free?

Maybe remembering a time when you have felt so free,

How good that feels.

Wash yourself in this energy.

Allow yourself to move through and in it.

Maybe remembering a time or imagining a time if you haven't experienced it yet for abundance.

Noticing moments of synchronicity when it's just felt like you have been so in the flow.

How did that feel?

Tuning in,

Receiving that abundance or joy or peace or calm or ease or love or something that moves you.

Take a few moments now to tune in.

Now slowly finding yourself back in the present moment,

Opening your eyes.

Today notice where your attention lingers.

Choose your thoughts.

Choose the thoughts that mirror your highest vision.

You are a magnetic field of possibility.

Thank you for showing up for your USU today.
