Root your feet down into the earth,
Kind of like you have tree roots grounding down.
Place your hands on your lap,
And then sit up nice and tall,
Soften your shoulders,
Relax your face.
Take a deep breath in.
The breath we're going to do is called long breath,
So we're going to let out a long exhale.
Inhale,
Kind of like you're blowing out birthday candles.
Big breath in.
Good.
Inhale,
Fill up.
Last one,
Biggest breath of the day.
Inhale.
Nice.
Place your hands on your lap if they're not already there.
Close your eyes and see how still and quiet you can be,
Checking in with how your body feels right now in this moment.

Gently blink your eyes open.
Next is mindful listening.
When the sound stops for you,
Please place your hand over your heart.
Take a big breath in.
