This seated practice helps children and caregivers slow down, focus, and regulate together. Begin with "long breath" using a breathing ball to calm the body. Then transition into mindful listening with a singing bowl, tuning into the sound to help both the mind and body feel steady. Close the practice together by sharing or repeating: peaceful thoughts, peaceful words, peaceful actions.
